Personale poco sorridente e rigido, ma in Croazia è normale, sembra sempre di disturbarli, all’arrivo abbiamo chiesto una birra anche se era oltre la chiusura del ristorante ma ci hanno risposto seccamente NO senza un accenno a un mi dispiace, con la colazione stesse risposte secche

Very polite and helpful staff

Gave me 2 rooms instead of one, top floor, no fridge in the room, no hot water. Disappointing

The staff was superb and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel is in the center of Gracac and you can walk to many places.

The hotel would be better if the windows had screens and if there was either air conditioning or at least ceiling fans.

The staff were really friendly and hard working. The restaurant was staffed by one woman who did the cooking and one woman who did the rest. For being the only place to stay in town and being quite busy, they did an outstanding job.

They misrepresented the fact that they have air conditioning. They don’t and the rooms were stifling at night. the. Ed’s we’re not very comfortable.

The location was perfect to travel to the waterfall's , the owner make us feel like home. He do everything to please us. It has a really comfort bed and the breakfast was very good. This is a place who needs to get more tourism cause it's a bit forgotten by the Croatian government. I truly recommended
