Standard Radisson hotel in Sfax. Rooms are big and were mostly clean. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Staff tried to help were needed and was very friendly.

AC was switched off and rooms were overheated. Open window only helped a little. Rooms could have been cleaner. While water was provided, no coffee maker or iron were available in the rooms, which is usually standard.

The rooms are big and nice, clean.

For the first night we have a room with a big noise all night, becouse of the ventilation, and they give us another room for the second night. The breakfast was not for our taste, unfortunatelly.

This is a real 5* hotel unlike other hotels that say they are 5*. We were welcomed with an arrival drink and made to feel at ease by the staff. Our room was spacious and modern. I loved the lotions and creams provided in the bathroom. The spa bath was fantastic too! We didn't try any food but the rooftop bar and swimming pool were great. Best room I've stayed in over 40 countries I've visited.

Les chambres été spacieuses, la propreté était super mis à part la douche.

La douche était pas propre. La réceptionniste nous a pas lâcher un seul sourire ni à moindre amabilité, part contre le dernière un grand sourire et tout se qui sont suit et me demande me mètre un bon commentaire. Et le bar de la piscine non parlons pas.

I believe it is mandatory to keep cool water in the swimming pool area especially that the summer is too hot and access is only given to hotel residents. I guess 1 or 2 small bottles of water per visitor won’t be a big issue

We have stayed for one night and feel robbed as were unable to get any sleep (which is obviously what we have paid for). What is worse – we feel totally gaslighted and cheated by the hotel’s staff. There was a massive party going on – with a live band and all. Not only was there a constant loud noise, our beds were literally bouncing from the thump of the music. We were understanding to a point – after all, during Ramadan, breaking the fast is an important part of the culture and we expect some festivities might happen because of this. But not at 11pm, and not at 12am or 1am… That is just unacceptable. This is a hotel, not an event venue, and when booking an overnight stay – we expect to sleep and not party. Which was the exact suggestion of the reception staff when my husband went down to complain two times. They said that we should just leave our child in the hotel room and join party. And yes, mu husband had to go down to reception in the middle of the night, because no one was picking up the telephone, which I am not surprised – it was probably lost in the thumping noise of the party. Why twice? because at 10pm, we were told the party will be finished at 10.30pm. In the morning, we have attempted to receive our money back – but our concerns were yet again ignored. We felt that they didn't care much - after all, we have paid at check in! We were told that the manager is unavailable to speak to us – “he is sleeping”. We were also told we will receive and email and everything “will be sorted”. Well there was no email and over a month later – nothing is sorted.

A little more effort to further improve breakfast.

1. If you are in Sfax, look no further and book this hotel. Perfect 10 from me. Value for money. 2. It a 5 star hotel with a 3 star rate. 3. Top rated curve Smart TV at your disposal. The best TV provided in a hotel room that I ever stayed in. 4. Room is hugh and very comfortable. 5.Thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay there. 6. Breakfast was good and sufficient 7. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

1. I think Radisson made a mistake in its advertisement in booking .com by stating " room with shared bathroom" when it should be :room with private bathroom". That could have cost you dearly ?? No?
