Well located apartment in Richmond, close to tube/train station, in a very quiet street. There is parking available on the street, and owner was very helpful in getting parking permit sorted.

A coffee machine would be great

The accommodation was uncleaned and untidy. dust was everywhere. the floor was so unclean that we where not removing our shoes. moreover, when I not on purpose removed the pillow case and saw the pillow I had a feeling that all London has slept on it - brrr .

it is 700m closer to the Richmond station which has underground and overground stations access. property is perfectly fit for 6 members family. can be found closer local food store valued for money

it is good to have a painting touch up where it needed. but that is just a optional thing

Location was excellent. We went to a rugby international match on the Saturday and the bus stop for the stadium was just around the corner. Also a good pub and breakfast café within a few minutes walk. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook there.

The bed in the room at the end of the corridor was very uncomfortable, so much so that one of my friends slept on the sofa bed in the lounge on the second night. A new firm mattress should solve the problem. We also found it very difficult to adjust the shower water temperature. The shower was good but too hot.

the fireplace in living room had bird poo in it so hadn’t be cleaned…? the was only 3 toilet rolls left for 5 people from Friday to Monday and there wasn’t enough complimentary bathroom condiments for each guest. one guest was cold and we messaged asking for another duvet as it stated we could if needed in the welcome booklet but we we’re told there was only one duvet per bed.

The contact was nice. The metro was only 8 minutes walk. The flat was charming. There is an airport and railways near, but noise was not so disturbing. I can smoke cigars in the garden with squirrels. :)

The flat was very cold when we arrived. (12 C). It took a day to rise the temperature till 22 C, even with air heater, wich was run continuously. There is no doors for bedrooms. The tub was too hot, and we can't changed the temperature of water. Every room is small, but you know: it is England... :)

My family come to visit Richmond every year for over 10 years and I can truly say this is the best place we've ever stayed. It felt like back when we used to live here, like a home. For the price the size of the space is incredible, everything was clean, the furniture was lovely, the heating, TV, shower and WiFi all worked without a hitch and felt modern and well looked after, the instructions and tips left by the owner were easy to follow and helpful; all three of us agreed we'd never had a better sleep! Communication with the host was fast, pleasant and easy. If you're looking to stay in a cosy and authentic home while you visit Richmond, this is the one. We will be back!!!

Cosy flat with many lovely details. Perfect location for our purpose of visiting London. Quiet. Good beds. Well equipped.

Nothing to criticize.

Location was decent, a ten minute walk to the train station and the start of town, albeit the street itself was strewn with rubbish.

The furnishings were quite poor and not to the standard advertised (see split pictures included of advertised vs actual). The bed in the 2nd bedroom was horribly uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart. The sofa in the sitting room is also very flimsy and difficult to sit on whilst one of the kitchen chairs actually did fall apart! The utensils in the kitchen were disgusting and need to be thrown away (tea kettle, toaster) and as others have noted, the patio outside is unkempt and not usable. The front door of the building was not secure and paint was used to cover up the mould in the bathroom. We left after one night and after initially agreeing to a partial refund, the host ghosted me. Not recommended.

Location of property was great for Twickenham and Richmond High Street. The apartment is well equipped, clean and welcoming. It has a good range of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Previous reviews were generally accurate. Good communication from owners, clear instructions to get key and details of how to contact if problems. A range of refreshments and some snacks provided.

We would have welcomed some instructions with regards to heating and hot water. We didn't realise on arrival that the boiler was turned off. The property would benefit from refreshing painting etc jn some places and the outside garden does spoil the look of the buildings. Ear plugs are recommended. We were awake from 5am one morning due to aeroplanes going over but not the next day. May have been due to the weather on the day.

Good location in Richmond. 10 minute walk to the Underground station and plenty of shops and restaurants near the station.

The hot water was strange, for the first few days it varied between warm and cold. Afterwards it was good and hot, not sure why. The garden was overgrown and needed lots of pruning.

Great location, everything provided that is required including toiletries and tea/coffee. Host give us perfect instructions and answered any questions promptly.

location good for Kew Gardens and Richmond Station plenty of space in apartment the extras, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid etc etc (have stayed in a few places recently and due to covid and nothing there, good to be able to arrive and have a cup of tea on arrival (powdered milk is acceptable, but shops two minutes away). Very good quick communication with owners Local Heisenberg Breakfast - very good for breakfast and Cafe Mamma great italian near by.

Bathroom needs refreshing - grouting and sealant messy and tired one screw between fireplace and table in lounge sticking out - caught foot once on it Other rooms also starting to look tired a coat of paint will really improve the place

Perfect location for exploring London. Clean . Everything we actually needed as a family of 4. 10 mins to tube ( and Richmond itself is beautiful ) kitchen - enough stuff to make a simple meal for tea The host was really great to respond to any of our questions. Parking Infront of the flat - great Highly recommended

Perfect location, clean , warm and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful, very prompt to reply to any questions and the little touches like drinks, tea and coffee were very sweet.The mini eggs were especially appreciated:) Definitely will be back in the future.

We loved the location of Richmond modern apartment. It was a great base for our London plans, and very easy to get to by train. The apartment was excellent value, and the host was super helpful and replied very quickly when I needed to ask a question. Very happy with our choice.
