Staff is few but ready to help and support always specially lady at reception and chef in the kitchen.

Swimming pool was not cleaned regularly due to the heavy crowd and continuous usage by guests however resort staff clean on request as well.

We got room with balcony, view through balcony was great, peaceful. Staff is polite and are helpful. Food was good

The staff was very helpful and good. The room we got had a nice view, the pool was clean. It was overall a very comfortable nice stay and the location is also quite accessible to Colva, Majorda, Utorda.

Room was okayish.

Staff was not welcoming.Room was on 1st floor no lift.Reception is very close to all the rooms so all the phone calls and people talking were audible in the room.It felt every time phone was ringing in the room.In breakfast only poori sabji was there.wifi was barely working.

Value for money, wonderful location, big rooms with balcony, supportive staff!

Stay is absolute nice . The reception is very helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. All staff is very helpful. Swiming pool is clean . Location is also good Betalbatim beach is near around 2 km only , other famous restaurants and bars is also near from the location Guys must have dinner at Betalbatim beach for sure. Hotel have its own kitchen and food was nice . 2 wheelers also provided on request. It’s a very nice and comfortable stay Thank you .
