The room is spacious for us family of 4 even with 1 extra bed. The kids' club is excellent for our young ones to use their energy and creativities (a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old). Also the direct access to water park is very convenient with towels provided for hotel guest which is also a very nice touch. Also, the hotel staff was very nice to help me arrange a small birthday cake for my oldest son. We are very impressed with their care and service mind 😊

This is the perfect hotel for young families. It has everything we could ever need - amazing buffet breakfast, free pass to water jungle (so fun!), games room, kids club, good restaurant where kids eat free, gym, lovely spa, rooftop pool..... I don't think we left the hotel once in our stay! Staff offered excellent service, beds were comfortable, room was clean, balcony was lovely... we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I honestly cannot find anything we didn't like.

הכל!! נתחיל בזה שברמת שירות כזו לא נתקלתי , הצוות מאוד אדיב ונעים החדר היה גדול , עם חדר ילדים ומיטת קומותיים ומרפסת הכל מאוד נקי ומוקפד ארוחת בוקר מאוד עשירה אבל חלקנו התקשנו למצוא מה לאכול , מי שיכול לאכול תבשילים בשעות הבוקר יעוף שם מועדון ילדים מושלם , הילדים לא רצו לצאת משם ( השארנו אותם שם ומתקשריפ במידה והם רוצים ללכת מה שלא קרה ) בריכת אינפיניטי מהממת בקומה 27 ומרפסת רצפת זכוכית בקומה 28 וגולת הכותרת : פארק המים המטורף שצמוד למלון והכניסה אליו חופשית הילדים היו בשמיים ולא רצו ללכת משם

רצינו לעשות צ’ק אין מאוחר ורצו סכום גבוה מאוד לטעמנו ובסוף וויתרנו מעבר לזה היה מושלם

Excellent hotel for families, many small details that turn it from another hotel to an excellent hotel for children (room design, various play areas and more) and of course the water park where we spent a whole day from opening to closing. In addition, my wife was celebrating a birthday on the day of the visit, we got a birthday cake for the room free of charge

Water park is so good. Compact area, not much walking but for several hours you can some great fun. Great views from the rooms. Comfortable beds. Good bathrooms.

Breakfast let's the hotel down. 7\11 sausage instead of real sausage, very bad quality bacon full of fat, unauthentic baked beans and no hash browns. It's feels cheap and penny pinching. Cereal selection is fine and they have an egg station.

Quite like the water park just near to the hotel which is a great idea especially for family. And the key bracelet is very much appreciated.

Honestly the staff is not helpful enough especially about explaining about the stay. And it’s not convenient that we have to book the breakfast every day at counter, if it can be booked for all the stays once or book via phone would be much better.

The breakfast had great options, but the taste a little bland. The spa massage was not good at all.

Wow. Simply WOW. Above and beyond expectations. Amazing breakfast, and the kids just loved the waterpark. The staff was exceptional.

Clean, modern and all the staff where polite and professional

Location is a little bit out off the way, but did run a shuttle into the main Hua Hin town

this is my second time in this hotel. the location was amazing and I really like the access watch for the room and the park. the breakfast so good and may options even Halal food.

I prefer coffee machine in the room, more options for celebrating specials occasions such as cake. the transportation shuttle should be more flexible. I used taxies more because the timing not applicable with me
