Our room was spacious and lovely. Bathroom was super. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices. The gardens were fabulous.

If your guest informs you that they are gluten free would it not be possible to provide gf biscuits in the room?

Staff, clearly all untrained, indifferent, off-hand, though not unpleasant. Tables uncleared, slow service compounded by the need to check their phones before doing any work.

Staff on arriving were cold and I good food poisoning in the restaurant where i ordered morrocan lamb and they served me some plant based alternative without advising. the food was very poor and i have been sick ever since. Didnt manage to sleep during the stay given food and extreme heat...wont be back.

Stayed a cupole jf weeks ago..great place to get awzy to even for one nite...relaxing...staff great from the very warm welcome from felica ...to the bar service from jamie who remembers your order fron your ladt visit

Wasnt sure about the new breakfast set up..last time it was a buffett set up this time you had to order your full breakfast...but hey food still good..

While there was a function on in the mamor there was no bar food menu available for guests as the the kitchen was too busy...

The food wasn’t great … had the pan fried chicken it was ok but the food served with it was unpleasant. ive stayed here before and by far the bar menu is 100% better than the set menu i got last night. Staff didn’t once ask if everything was ok nice to stay here but better to eat elsewhere

The building is located inside a park area, and it includes a Victorian style garden e a separate small little garden. Our room was in the grounds, separated from the main building, and faced the small garden...a little treat. The breakfast is really good, and the evening bar is beautiful. The service has been helpful in all circumstances. Dublin is easy to reach by a direct bus (C3/52) in about 45 minutes. All in all for us it was a great place to enjoy a nice relax after a day in the city.

Not much to say, maybe just the fact that if it happens that you have noisy neighbours it can become difficult. We always heard the other visitors when they entered their rooms in the evening, but it was ok during the night.
