Francesco and his B&B are highly recommended, the B&B is extremely well kept. It is inspired to his youth and his grandma and this is really easy to capture if you are a guest. As inspired by family tradition, you really do feel at home. Francesco is always available for anything you need! The facilities are great, we tried 2 rooms, both are great. Breakfast is great, you basically take what you want in what's provided, and a lot is provided! The garden with the 4 turtles is super nice. A great place at an incredible value for money, location is not scenic, but you are 2 mins walk from the train station, 5 mins from supermarkets and 10 mins walk from the beach and the main street with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars. We will be back, well done Francesco and thanks for everything!

Well located, lovely backyard, quiet neighbourhood, friendly people, clean.

The beautiful garden, so calm and quiet. Close to railway station and shops. Nice room, good bed and pillows. Cosy kitchen. Nice neighbours. Felt like a home. Would come back to Patti just to stay here.

The sheets on the bed. Starchy and scratchy. Also we have never been fans of plastic under sheets!

Everything about the facility and it's location was great.Close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Host was fantastic and back garden to have a sundowner excellent. Clean, well maintained, excellent value

Everything was good. The owner is very nice, he showed us everything. There is also a nice garden and its possible to use the kitchen,

The room is private but the apartment is shared. If there are any other guests, it can be noisy and crowded, especially in the kitchen. The breakfast is not good - it's packed.

The shower temperature control wasn't working very well. No orange juice at breakfast!

Really nice accommodation. Very spacious bedroom exquisitely furnished. The kitchen well equipped. Fridge, coffee maker, cooking plate. Breakfast excellent. Good variety with healthy options. Plus ripe oranges and mandarines In the back garden. I enjoyed my stay here

Nothing dislikeable!

Beautiful, new furniture and clean location. Staff was nice and helpful. B&b has everything that you could need. And Francesco was a good host. Close to the beach. Perfect stay in Patti.

Very clean place and big rooms. Many snacks, fresh fruit, Joghurt and coffee for breakfast is provided. Adorable backyard garden. Francesco is very friendly and welcoming.

That doesn’t have anything to do with the B&B, but I didn’t really enjoy the town/beach. Great for a stopover on my way from Aeolian islands to Palermo though.

Room, garden and breakfast were perfect :) and the parking area was really good to have. Everything was really easy and everybody was friendly.

Francesco is very nice and with his sister they created a lovely B&B. They provide with everything you may need. Francesco welcomed us and showed us the facility and told us its history linked to his grandma; very lovely! Thank you.
