Nice location at the top of the town with lots nearby. Reception staff very nice.

Our room felt like a prison cell. Dark, dingy and functional. It was unbelievably noisy - people shouting outside of our window from 11am through to about 2am, people shouting in the hotel, and the lifts making a weird noise. Would kind of expect this in the ski season, but not while it was deserted in August.

the staff, I do not remember any names, sorry but all the members of the staff were so lovely and welcoming to me as a solo traveller. they made the holiday what i was. thankyou to the whole team! but apart from the staff the location was also perfect and the bar was fun.

the only small issue i had was with the wifi, I couldnt really use it in my room at all, i could connect but not use it. i am not sure if it was just an issue with my room but yeah just a small issue for me but nothing to crazy that changed how i felt about the holiday and the hotel

location was good for the lifts and central to shops, bars and restaurants

Perfect location right next to the free shuttle ski lift which takes you to the main Jeux lift in a few minutes. It's in the main town center surrounded by shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was clean and comfortable. I would come back here again without second thoughts.

It is a very good place, nice clean and few meters from the ski lift to central ski site. Great staff

NOISY - the hotel is attached to Sphere bar below. very loud live music on Friday night until 1.30/2am. Could hear every word despite ear plugs. if you need anything from a hotel, it’s the ability to sleep… on the other nights, we couldn’t hear any music, but the room was right next to the lift which we could hear all night & early morning. breakfast was below average - undercooked croissants, 2 types of cereal, one type of bread, some overcooked scrambled egg no kettle or hair dryer in rooms
