We loved everything, Marisol is always available and very friendly, even sent us some tips about the best places in Formentera. The house is very well located near the beaches and San Francesc.

Broken air conditioning, no water. Being over charged. Booking a large 1 bedroom apartment for our family of 3 & being given a studio.

Beautiful house with lovely surroundings. Marisol the girl who gave us the keys was so nice and recommended good places to eat. Amazing if you are travelling with dogs as I did.

When we arrived to hand over the key the appartment was not ready and we had to wait 45min outside in the heat. Further, we had to make the cleaner aware that towels were missing and the toilet and floor were not clean. We booked this place because we wanted to spend some time in the morning and evening outside in front of the property. Unfortunately, the furniture in front of the house was very old and very unconfortable. Hence, you could not sit for a long time on these chairs and one of them broke down while sitting on it. Further, there was no sitting bench available. When you rent an appartment with kitchen you expect all basics are available. However, there was only 1 knife available (how should several people eat with one knife, share it while eating?). We left this appartment after 3 days (we booked and paid for 7 days) because the appartment did not meet our expectation. The manager Siamo Valentina did not react on our request to refund the 4 days we did not spend in the appartment and ignored us. This is not a customer related service :-(

Great location and apartment with parking onsite. The host was very good at communicating with our arrival and we were lucky enough to get a late checkout as well which was very nice. The apartment was bright and clean and was perfect for 2 couples. Overall it was a good experience and good value for money.
