The guest I booked for was not able to check in. They required a deposit on check in and would not take debit. They did not get the hotel room and the money was wasted.

Was not told the deposit could not be paid by debit. Was not told I had to be there in person with a credit card to pay the deposit. I did not have option to pay for the deposit up front when booking online. Guest could not check into the room. Money wasted. Guest spent the night on the street.

the refrigerator makes sounds like a jet taking off, I had to turn if off as it is not possible to sleep also there is a problem with hot water pressure in the shower

we rented the room for 4 nights, and the room was not cleaned one day before we left. When we arrived at the room on our last night of stay, we scanned the door to enter and we knew the DND sign was not there. My wife ensured the sign was taken out and left in her suitcase before we left the room that morning between 10 and 11 am.. We complained to the night staff immediately but could not talk to management. Next morning we talked to the manager but he insisted that we had the DND sign on the door. He then find the maintenance supervisor and showed us a sheet of paper showing DND written next to our room. We are obviously upset when the manager chose to trust his supervisor and ignore the customer's complaint. I have stayed with Holiday inn many times and this event gave us a lasting bad experience. I will hesitate to book Holiday Inn under the IHG name again. We feel we overpaid for an uncleaned room.

Customer service was great. The cleaning staff were friendly and diligent.

The parking is very narrow and dirty. You should do a cleaning to the parking, it was awfully filthy.

Rude front desk at the time of checkout. Tall male front desk officer wasn't ready to answer with manners. Only disappointment in the hotel is that experience.
