Location wasn’t bad.

Unprofessional staff, poor communication and zero willingness to make customers happy.

The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach and beside lots of bars, cafes and restaurants.. It was about 10min walk to the train station which has excellent links up and down the coast. Large balcony and all very clean.

The wifi was very poor and didnt work most of the time

Comfortable sized room and great spacious bathroom. Modern finishes throughout. Best shower! The apartment is very close to the beach and many restuarants and gelato shops. The noisy bar below unfortunately over rules all the upsides of this stay.

The room is directly above a bar. When I pointed this out, I was told the bar would stop playing music at around 11pm, which is the local law however the music was still going at 4am. I never read about the bar or noise in any of the reviews. In order to go to sleep each night we put the aircon on full blast to drown out the outside noise. I was not impressed. A beautiful apartment, close to the beach but far too noisy. I can not recommend this stay. There is no kettle in the room, you have to go to the end of the passage to a coffee machine. No milk. Bad luck for tea drinkers.

Great location

I specifically asked if I could check in early, was told that was fine so I planned my train around an early check in, when I arrived the office (where you pick the keys up) was closed and had another 2.5 hours before it opened. I was then stuck sitting with my bags waiting for the office to open. If the office was going to be closed for 3 hours they should have told me this when I requested the early check in and I could have taken an even earlier train. I emailed and called them and got a rude email back telling me it was my fault I showed up when the office was closed. I was not the only person this happened to, there were a few other people waiting in the same situation as me. very poor organisation and given the price, the service should have been much better.

It is centrally located, feels safe and was mostly very clean.

We were surprised to find that this property was more like a basic hotel room than an apartment. It is one room divided into two spaces. Contrary to what we saw in the listing, there is no kitchen or terrace. There is little floor space. The beds and pillows are very hard. The AC takes a while to cool off the side of the room with the bunk beds. The room was clean except for a hair or two on the bunkbed pillows. There was housekeeping service which we did not expect but appreciated. The location is excellent except that it is right over a bar that plays loud music until at least 12:30 am. When the music ends, the loud talking continues until 3 am. We were unable to sleep through this.

The room and bathroom were very modern and overall really nice.

I think maybe the drain needed to be cleaned because there was often quite a bad smell coming from the sink and shower. The hole in the sink had no cover and you could see the mouldy build up down it.

Room bed. We got some bad i juries from bed metal corners which remain covered (pictures added; in room picture it is not covered but in reality it is so you don’t see the edge). Check-in is on other address which comes annoying when you travel on big temperatures and there is not any note at the accommodation location about it. later we saw in Booking message a reference, but we mapped accommodation location as final destination.

The location is perfect: everything is just a few steps away (including the beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarket, gift shops, even the train station is pretty close). The room is nice and clean, the view is amazing and we had everything we needed (toiletries, towels, coffee, tea, mini fridge, the AC, etc)

The reception is on a whole different location from the building you’re staying in which is a bit confusing to first time visitors. The bed is a bit squeaky and it might be a bit hard to fall asleep in a bed like that. All in all, the price is a bit high for the room you’re getting (bed, private bathroom and a shared kitchenette).

Clean, fresh, good standard. Very supportive personnel . Close to the beach. For parking we recommend to use EasyPark and look for area 663 Galli, cost €7.20/day while all other areas in Levanto cost €24/day (see picture).

Maybe too central location, straight above a great bar. (We knew it in advance, they played music until 01:00, then people continue party. We got easily used to it, and their play list was great - believe me, it could have been far worse 😄)

No window in the bathroom made it feel quite damp, but extractor fan helped.

Could be a bit noisy for the ones who are sensitive to noise during night. That wasn't issue for us but you can hear some music from the pub below apartment and noise from the road.

Fantastic apartment located in the heart of Levanto, first row to the the beach. Clean and spacious. The biggest plus was the huge terrace.

They were in a central location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff did a good job of accommodating us. While our van did not fit in their parking they were able to direct us to multiple alternate locations.

Photos showed a full kitchen but there was none in the rooms we were provided. Also, being near the beach, we would have liked a broom available so that we could sweep when needed. We would have liked to have extra blankets because of the cooler weather.

Soundproofing is practically non-existent. Underneath there is a bar so it is noisy at night.

Location, cleanliness, everything is modern, no unnecessary objects in the room.

Location is very central, less than 5 min walk to the beach, 10 mins to the pier and 15 mins to the train station. Apartment is on a bustling street with many eating options (make sure to book in advance though!) The room was clean, shower pressure was excellent and beds were comfortable.

No set up to eat in the rooms, no shared kitchen facilities either. The mini refrigerator in the room didn't seem to work very well. We had decided against paying for breakfast based on existing reviews, but the yoghurt and milk we packed went bad because the fridge was too warm. It was also pretty inconvenient to be asked to return to the office multiple times: picking up keys, to be told where the parking is, and then pay the tax charge. This really could have been done in one trip. Yes, the office is a 5-minute walk from the apartment but driving to either is not straightforward (navigating where to stop to load/unload our things etc), and for a weekend holiday we didn't want to take so much time going back and forth. It would have been very helpful if we had been informed from the start, when we requested access to the private parking advertised for EUR16, that this is located next to the office, not the apartment.

Bit of noise from other rooms/corridor...terrace great sitting down /nice view of hills but around it mayb roofs of other terra es/restaurants etc but otherwise big sunny terrace.ideal for a couple or couple and small child but not more

Everything was just perfect. Perfect location, brand-new furnishing, superb cleanliness and comfort. Kitchen was fully equipped, the terrace is huge and staff was super friendly! Would love to come back at any given time. Thank you so much! Btw, the music from the bar below is not disturbing (especially when you sleep with open windows to listen to the sounds of the sea).

The pillows are really very fat and uncomfortable to sleep on. That's the only thing that we can comment on in a slightly negative way.
