The bacony with amazing view. Everything is cute and the host is so friendly and snacks are provided so good.

Toilet in the room is not well cleaned Sometime hard to find the reception for help.

1. The morning shift staff, xiao man, was very friendly, patient and helpful. 2. The location and interior design of the minsu.

1. The evening shift staff was extremely unfriendly, cold and rude which is unusual for Taiwanese service staff. 2. The minsu has a weird policy of guest having to top up NTD300 for each piece of extra bed linen request eg NTD300 for an extra pillow, NTD300 for an extra blanket, etc. This is pretty absurd as I had never encountered or heard of such charges throughout my experience travelling in Taiwan for the past 15 years. 3. The lightning in the toilet is really too dim. 4. The "complimentary" breakfast is really just a brown bag of 3 small pastry although they have a fully equipped kitchen and pretty dining area. They should resume their breakfast service asap since Taiwan has essentially lifted all restrictions.

The property is very clean and beautifully decorated. the stuff is friendly and helpful

1. great breakfast selections, lots of veggie options 2. excellent interior colour and design, in keep with the surrounding area 3. sound proofing was excellent given there was 2 rooms per floor and we had the whole floor to our family.

1. street side parking is a bit of a hit and miss 2. bathroom mirror was small and really high up, not ideal for ppl who are height challenged 3. insufficient bathroom bench space for items.

The view from our room was very beautiful. It was nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves break on the beach. They helped us to call a taxi when we needed to go somewhere. The complimentary snack bar and coffee station was a nice addition to the property.

The shower was extremely small and uncomfortable. The room was definitely a lot smaller than what was advertised on the photos. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom can be improved. The breakfast was extremely average and every morning the vegetables, fries and egg was served cold.

Horrible overpriced with misleading description!! There is no balcony sea view that we paid !! There is horrible loud street view! Waste of money with lying feedbacks! Absolutely disgusting Super basic room with cheap beddings, uncomfortable pillows, small smelly bathroom and no view whatsoever but loud dirty road!

Worst misleading experience! No word robe, super fake foods not tasty breakfast. Cheap basic room ABSOLUTELY BOT RECOMMENDED!
