Quiet location close to where I needed to be, the friendly team member I spoke with about arrival time.

It was 29oC in the room when I arrived at 11pm, and it felt hotter to be honest. That was what the temperature on digital thermostat on the wall displayed. Despite opening the door and the only two windows and a fan on, the room cooled to 26oC and was really uncomfortable to sleep in.

Clean, well equipped and convenient property. Have stayed here before and will return

The bed was so comfortable and check in was easy.

Bathroom was freezing as was the shower

They was a little bit of dirt on bed but other then that it was clean however needs little touch ups hear and there

Rubbish under the bed couple of stains on quilt cover. Could do with a hoover so we can do it ourselves. Would be nice to meet staff incase of any problems.

The accommodation is fairly basic but overall it’s comfortable, it’s nice to have a sofa and microwave as well as the standard tea and coffee making facilities. Parking should right outside which is handy.

The accommodation has some damp issues, you can smell it upon entry and they have dehumidifiers plugged in to remove some of the damp. The shower was blocked so water was draining away very slowly, probably it’s just a shower trap blockage not been addressed. If you stay in summer I’m sure it’s much better, being December it was chilly, there is heating but you cannot turn it above 20 degrees and it turns off randomly. Please be aware that disabled people may struggle here, there’s a raised area not ideal for wheelchair users.

Location to family

Foisty smell. Mould/dirt on walls/blinds/buffet/shower ceiling/carpet. Very thin mattress on single bed

Due to the weather... It was very cold, especially for a small child

It was nice and cosy, the bed was comfortable and it felt like just being in a home instead of a hotel.

Some things weren’t clean for example, a plate was dirty within the clean plates, the single bad had a greenish stain on it and the place was abit to cold as the heaters weren’t the greatest.

Very nice room with good en-suit and small sofa. The Village of Findon is really pretty and locals very friendly.

The property is a bit worn and the wi-fi didn't seem to work. Could probably do with a minor refurbishment

Location and accessibility

The location was great, would be great place to explore. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Tea bags, coffee and milk was there for our use, also a little fridge.

There was litter under the bed and also under drawers. There was signs of dampness, the shower did not look very inviting.
