Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mut Blick in den Garten. Die Vermieterin war super nett und zuvorkommend.

Enjoyed the wildlife on the grazing on the lawn. Comfortable and quiet.

A little dark as it is on the lower floor.

I could have stayed for days .A lovely ,warm welcoming place with gorgeous gardens, birds and wallabies .Only a short walk to the beach too. Mary is an exceptional hostess . Highly recommend

Proximity to owners upstairs, we could hear them walking around, lack of kitchen facilities. Lack of security, only a key for a security door was provided.

Bath is across the hall but was not shared. Not bad just worth knowing.

Mary provides absolutely everything one could wish for at her BNB along with a warm and friendly welcome and chat. Loved staying there.

A lovely warm welcome from Mary. Very spacious room with great facilities. Excellent cooked breakfast with home grown/made produce. Quiet with nice outlook over the garden from room and patio. Great communication.

The room was a bit dark due to the patio. As we are light sleepers, it is a bit noisy from upstairs. Probably just our "problem"!!

Amazing place to stay. Warm welcome, gorgeous room looking out to lawn with wallabies and birds, fantastic breakfasts, wide range of quality teas and coffees, comfortable bed and nice, clean bathroom. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Just fabulous!

Didn't like leaving, could happily have stayed for a few more days.

A Fabulous B & B - close to everything & Mary looked after us so well. - Orford is a place to spend a night- just beautiful.

Hosts always keen to oblige with any reasonable request and always check if there is anything needed. Breakfast was as yummy as it always is, freshly laid eggs scrambled perfectly with little extras like grilled tomato, mushroom etc. Served on the porch with a view of the garden, what better start to the day could one have? I find the bed very comfy with bedding to suit all weathers. As a frequent visitor, it would come as no surprise that I really like this place.

Our hostess was most welcoming. The facilities were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were good and wholesome. It was not far to go to find a restaurant for an evening meal.

Room was large, with all amenities and bed extremely comfortable. Superb breakfast homemade by Mary, who is the most attentive host with many nice touches (chocolates, fresh fruit, lovely thank you note!). Orford is a great base to visit Maria Island (10 mins drive to Triabunna wharf).

What a beautiful spot in a stunning garden. Lovingly prepared breakfast (best choccy croissants ever) and well stocked tea and coffee selection. I felt very spoilt. Super lovely hosts too.
