Unclean room, unmade bed, dirty toilet, dirty couch. No electricity and no wifi

location was great

With no pay tv we brought along dvds for the kids and the dvd player did not work. The owner rudely refused to replace it while we stayed which was very disappointing. Eastcoast getaways were great in compensating us with a new one. The bedspread in the main bedroom was old & outdated, broken mobile clothes line it could do with a few touch ups.

Eat out with my daughter

We had a Angry guy come knocking on door 1st night stayed With accusations that we came knocking on his daughter’s door and abusing her but he soon came to realise it was someone else. 😯

It was located very close to the beach. The linen was clean by and fresh. Little goodie bag of essentials was a nice touch. Very comfortable beds.

Two flights of steep stairs. Should have warned us and no lights on them after dark made it difficult to navigate. The check in system was over the top but not difficult to negotiate As a shorter statute person I found the kitchen cupboards and the dryer hard to reach.

Location was fine

The team from East Coast Getaway have not responded to my email from 3 weeks ago when I provided feedback on the issues had when arriving at the property. The keys provided were not the correct keys for the property and a locksmith had to be sent to let us into the property. My young family and I waited outside in the cold for over an hour to gain access. Very disappointing start to a weekend.

Close to the town and beach

The blinds don’t keep the heat out and the air con not very strong
