I love the - automated bidets - bed and pillows - location - aircon

- Shower area is very old and dirty - Better shampoo and soap to be provided - Sewage smell in the toilet coming out from the drainage beside the toilet bowl - limited room service menu (lack variety) - knocks on doors during the evenings just to ask if you need anything. it can be disruptive. if we need anything we will call - dirty lobby (litter, popcorn bits, cockroaches and flies were at the lobby. the seatings were quite worn out) - limited in room beverages (no basic coke or sprite) - room can get dusty with cotton bits from linens - they rush to get your luggages when you arrive but takes some time to deliver up to your room. my advice, don’t let them send it up

Absolutely loved everything! The staff were incredibly welcoming and wow the comfort and the beauty of the room with the view is just exceptional! I will be back for sure. Much Appreciated the anniversary cake as well.

Beautiful hotel, great location, staff is warm and welcoming and very efficient..

Nothing serious but this is this the second Four Seasons Hotel I have visited in the last 4 months that has renovations going on and I was not notified when I made either booking. Which is think is the right thing to do for hotels undergoing renovations.

Great breakfast, hotel facilities (the hotel has different restaurants and a bar), friendly staff

Room condition is awful and requires renovation (a lot of construction bugs, furniture scratches all over the place etc). Even though we stayed at the suit the overall feeling was like I stayed in the cheap room

The Hotel was clean and good location, close to a mall and the petronas towers. The staff were friendly and helpful...special shout out to Tim and Rain at the concierge. They were super helpful with great recommendations for tours and dining.

where to start about this property - wow, wow, wow.. from the moment we were met at the door to the moment we were waved off was exceptional. The staff will transport you into an incredible world of luxury yet ensuring a feeling comfort and homely. we had booked on the executive floor which was excellent standard of food and beverage offerings in a wonderful opulent lounge. Didi was a standout for his attentiveness and professionalism as were all the staff in the lounge including chef’s.
