Een heel ruim appartement. In de omschrijving stond niets vermeld over het feit dat er een ondergrondse parkeerplaats was. Dat was dus een leuke meevaller, want buiten is het overal betalend parkeren. Het onthaal verliep zeer vlot. Alles was heel proper.

Er zijn weinig gezellige restaurants in de buurt.

The appartment was ideally situated right on the sea front by the beautiful beach with bars nearby, but still quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views to the sea at the front and the mountains to the rear. The appartment was clean and functional, the lifts in the building worked well and the garage parking was good although very tight if you had a large estate or SUV. The hosts responded to our contacts very quickly and fully, thank you. We would definately consider staying here again so as to explore the areas in land further.

To highlight anything negative feels a little petty, but the kitchen cupboards were completely bare of anything previous guests might have left for us to use (although this could be done for cleanliness) and no kettle, but a saucepans worked well enough. Fans might help circulate air at night to help cool the bedrooms in summer. But all very minor and petty points, it was lovely.

Nice Appartement, well located by the beach and easy walk to orio downtown, garages available. However, the beds are disastriously. Dear landlord: "Please purchase new matresses and in addition kitchen equipment (water cooking device, coffee maker, consumables...)".

Great Location. Playground in Front of House and beautiful sea view. Large rooms and 2 bathrooms!

Many things for everyday life werent in the kitchen. No Cutting Board, no large knifes, no plastic bags for rubish ..... The host speaks no English at all which made things difficult. Parking is terribly tight and not possible with a large car / family car in the underground parking garage. The whole place was not as if anyone lived there. The washing machine was broken and the host did not know. It was not repaired in the time we were in the place.
