Second time I stay in this structure, always a lovely experience. Premises are clean, comfortable, conveniently located and luminous. Good sized rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed and good quality linen. Many rooms have a kitchenette. Staff is professional and friendly and ready to help as needed.

As far as I can see the hotel is not fully accessible for people with disabilities.

I was only a couple of hours at the structure since I needed a place to rest and refresh between two trips so I cannot give an in-depth review but my impression of the hotel is that it was neat and clean and the welcome I received very warm and much appreciated. Room was big and well fitted, excellent bathroom too. Conveniently located within walking distance from the city centre. I will certainly go back for a longer stay.

There was not much time to identify weak sides. I had a very good, if short, experience.

It's a beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, very helpful staff. I had a big bag and was going to Donetsk as a journalist, they let me leave the rucksack for a few days and pick it up afterwards. Just really kind.

Very nice staff. Luggage can be left even after check-out. Clean rooms with all amenities. The location is practically in the city center. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.

The best place to stay in Dnipro, we have been there many times and will certainly return.

Initially I had concerns about the location, because Google maps showed some abandoned half destroyed buildings around, but I read reviews and nobody complained about that. It appeared to be not as bad in reality as in Google photos. All the rest was just wonderful. Very nice room and furniture, all pretty new, comfortable bed and pillows. We traveled during quite hot days and air conditioning was a saver. Nice bathroom. The cleanliness was great. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, even letting us print some paperwork that we needed for traveling.
