Wonderful home - we stayed for a girls weekend and had the best time. Everything in the house was clean and inviting, and the location can't be beat - you are across the street from the beach, have a beautiful private pool, and can walk into town in 15 minutes!

We chose this house for our annual girls trip. There were 7 of us and we had way more room than we needed but the living and outdoor areas were perfect for us. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever had! Close walk to the beach. This house did not disappoint!

The propertywas spectacular!! A close walk to the beach and the pool was great for when children need to take naps or on double red flag days. Our family enjoyed our stay!! We lost our internet once because of construction and it was quickly fixed!! If I could offer a suggestion it would be to remind the construction crews not to block the garage and driveway with their trucks.

This property left us all speechless! The location is perfect. Not beachfront but, ocean views for days with a short walk and even quicker bike ride to the beach. We couldn’t have picked a better spot to vacation as it was by far the most family/kid/couple friendly home. No need for golf cart rental and have plenty of beach supplies for us to use. (we contributed to the communal beach supplies by adding a pop-up tent for the next family to use on the beach as well) Communication with property management was great. Traveling from Pennsylvania our flights arrived early afternoon, property management accommodated us by allowing us to drop off our luggage prior to check in while we did our grocery shopping and checked out the towns. This was a huge help for us and greatly appreciated, especially traveling with kids. All of the kitchen amenities needed are there for use in neatly organized in the cabinets. The bedrooms and living Spaces were perfectly decorated and clean. We felt extremely comfortable in this home and look forward to vacationing here again next year. Thank you so much for a great day we made unforgettable memories!

We had the best time! The house was INSANELY GORGEOUS & so clean! The only negative thing I will say is you have to press a pool alarm button every time you leave the patio doors on the bottom, main level & front door. Other than that we loved the location, the house, and all the amenities !!

We had an amazing week long stay in this beautiful home. The home accommodated our family extremely well. The elevator was a necessary feature for our family as we were traveling with my parents who have some mobility issues. The pool was our favorite place to gather during the days. This home is in walking distance to so many fun places. We did rent a golf cart too which was nice to take down 30A. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

The house is very nice. The property manager suggested a golf cart. It was an expensive waste. You do not need it to get your gear to the nearby beach. You can not park it at the beach entrance. You can not drive it or park it next door Rosemary Beach. You can not legally
drive from Rosemary back to the house the way the streets are configured.
The most troublesome thing (crazy) about the kitchen
is the terrible stainless steel knives provided. The blades
are so small you can not effectively spread anything.
Their shape caused them to repeatedly fall off of plates.
The AC on the main level failed but was fixed quickly.
The owner needs to be made aware of the fact that the
AC unit filters are a joke. One was floating in the overflow drip pan.
It was great to have two washers and two dryers.

Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and a 1 mile bike ride to Rosemary!A few nice beach views and nice patios.Pool is a great escape and fun outdoor space. Only a few complaints. The grill could be upgraded, master mattress was not super comfy and the driveway was awful. Construction with shared driveway and they took up all the was very difficult for us to have them move vehicles and get out.Management company was great loved the rental portal.

The property is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The beach is easy to access. But, what impressed us the most was having a significant amount of money which was left in a night stand returned to us. That kind of honesty, integrity and kindness is often difficult to find these days. Hats off to a top notch management group and house cleaning staff!!!!!

We had 10 people comfortably sleeping in the house, which was spacious, clean, and extremely convenient to the beach. We loved the second floor open kitchen, living area (well stocked with everything you need and lots of seating). The outdoor balcony with table to feed the kids was a great size with views of the gulf. Parking was a little tight for 3 cars but doable(only one of our cars fit in the garage). The private pool is fantastic and a great size for 30A, and the green space behind the pool was great for playing games and throwing a football around. We did a bonfire and s’mores at the Wall Street beach entrance one night from 6 to 8 and it was great fun. Management was responsive to our needs!We would definitely come back to this house!!

Great house and open floor plan when you have a large group staying. We had a baby & toddler in our group, the walk to the beach was super convenient and the pool was very kid friendly. The yard and covered patios were great for the kids! Note - you might need baby gates or something to block all of the staircases. This was an annoyance and in no way a negative about the house - The house was cleaned by 2pm but wasn’t ready to check in until 4:45pm because it had to be inspected. This was annoying because we kept getting messages that we were able to get into the house early! Even after getting inspected, hot water didn’t work (had to call maintenance to get reset) and grill area had not been properly cleaned. I saw a previous review comment on the same issue. Overall, a great house and would recommend

This beach house fit us to a T! We loved the 3 floors with bedrooms on each level and the fact that there was an elevator for my 76 year old mother and my 6 yr old son who uses a prosthetic. The kitchen is huge and could comfortably sit all 10 of us. The pool was a great size for the kiddos. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching them swim. Last but certainly not least, we loved the beach views in the morning. We are already looking forward to spending our next spring break at this same house.

There are bike racks at the entrance but no place for a golf cart or car, so you’re better off with a wagon than driving a golf cart back and forth. We rented a golf cart but seldomly used it and could have easily done without it.The pool is the best private pool we have had on 30A, and the cornhole and connect4 were great lawn games to keep everyone entertained.The kitchen and great room are phenomenal, providing ample space and excellent seating.If you’re sleeping on the bottom floor and wish to sleep in, bring earplugs. You’ll want to sleep in, because the mattresses are very comfortable.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was well appointed and had anything and everything you could imagine you would need. Five couples stayed there very comfortably. The location was perfect. It is very close to the beach access and also a bike ride or short walk to downtown Rosemary. We had such a great time and cant wait to go back!!! Other added bonuses: bikes included, speaker system, heated pool (very warm in Novemeber), responsive rental company, on suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, 2 half baths, 2 washers and 2 dryers.

We enjoyed our time in this beautiful house. It was just a described and pictured. Easy walk to the beach and had lots of room. We were disappointed the elevator was not working as we had my MIL with us and it was hard for her to walk up and down the stairs, the elevator could not be serviced durning our stay and did not work the entire week, which is disappointing considering this was one of the reasons we booked this house.

My family and I have been coming to 30a for several years now, and this home was by far the best stay we have had! The house was immaculately cleaned, the layout was fantastic for our large family with kids ranging from 7 months- 15 years. The kitchen and living area was very functional and comfortable with plenty of seating. The double sink and double dishwasher came in very handy! The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The pool was a hit with the shelf area for our small kids, and the outdoor seating was fantastic. The property manager was very diligent and communication was too knotch. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Lovely House and Amazing Location
This house is so beautiful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed it so much that the kids had a hard time leaving. The pool is gorgeous and the beach is a hop scotch away!
The house does not provide any essential kitchen panty items (sugar, oil, spices) and very limited supply of dishwasher pods (only 2 pods for our stay) and paper towels/toilet paper.

The exterior needs paint and several locations inside on the main floor has what appeared to be water damage on the ceiling. The sonos system as advertised would have been great, but the main floor where most of the entertainment took place only had 2 speakers working out of all of them. At my request to be fixed, it never took place during our stay. The bicycles are in bad shape, lots of flat tires, chains off, and handlebars / seats that didn’t even stay in place. Personally I believe this is a hazard for vacationers utilizing them. The pool area was awesome and the beach is just across the street. Our group had a blast, but we would probably choose another residence on our next visit based on the key amenities we wanted not working out so well. For the price there should be nothing not working upon arrival.

Summer Getaway
We had an amazing experience with two families and a set of grandparents. The house was ideal fir this group of 12. The private pool is amazing and access to the beach is just down the road. There is plenty of space to spread out and all bedrooms have their own bathroom with an additional powder room on the ground and first floors. With a group this size, the well appointed large kitchen with two dishwashers was ideal. We also took advantage of the many lovely decks. The beach was amazing with a gentle slope and was much less crowded than Rosemary just down the coast. I highly recommend this property and location!

Such a beautiful place to feel warm and right for the holiday season. Great kitchen/great room for cooking and relaxing. Kicking off your shoes to sit by the fire or heated pool or spacious balconies to watch the sunsets was Devine.
