Sadly none of the frying pans worked, probably because they weren't meant for the induction heating plate A little far from the biggest beach in Las Palmas

The place is a mix of a hotel and coworker 10-room house, in perfect condition. Checkin/checkout is online, staff is present only in the morning for breakfast and room cleaning. However, they are very helpful and efficient, making the stay quite enjoyable. Each guest has allocated fridge/kitchen drawers and can freely use the kitchen, laundry, swimming pool etc, making it easy to feel at home. Great location between Alcaravaneras beach and Santa Catalina Park.

It's a bit pricey and internet connection can be so-so when the house is full (maybe it's true for the whole island though). TV hasn't got the usual assortment of international channels (mostly spanish channels).

Excepcional sympathy of the staff, the apartment is very clean, awesome breakfast. There is a swimming pool very well cared. The bedroom is confortable, with a lot of space with a private bathroom very clean. The kitchen and the living room are outside the bedroom in a common area, but well equiped.

We were a bit apreehensive beacuse we arrived expecting an apartment, but in this house you rent a room IN AN apartment, so there is no kitchenete nor living room in the room, but in the common area. We had some nonimportant issues with the door of the bathroom and a light that remains dim when turned off, but no problem. The other part was that our room as a direct view to the neighbours, so its awkward and we had it closed the all time because of the privacy. Apart this issues we had a good stay and we recommend this apartment knowing this previously. We suggest clarification of the information on the booking site. Thank you very much

Was advertised as beachfront but is not

Breakfast was very nice and the staff friendly. Pool was very clean. Check in and check out super easy and conviniente. The staff sent an informative mail before arrival with a lot of good information, much appreciated.

The location was not ideal, is not so close from the main beach "Las Canteras" and also not so close from the old city (where a lot of good options of restaurants and bars are) - was around 20-25min walk/10min drive (parking in the area is paid during the day)

A very nice home-like stay in a peaceful neighborhood in Las Palmas. Staff of the house were pleasant and polite and they truly made an effort to take care of us and the house. Everywhere was neat and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Just what we needed on our vacation, would visit again! Walking distance (≈ 2km) to the beach and to old town, easily accessible bus routes also. Taxi from beach/Vegueta to location was around 5 euros every time.

The soundproofing, if you have room near the lounge or kitchen, you might wake up to a noise in the morning. Other than that, the house was very quiet and peaceful.

The location is pretty good, the room was extremely clean and the staff absolutely lovely and kind, communication with them was great. The breakfast has a pretty good choice and the outdoor area is very nice. Highly recommended.

Really liked the bed it was super comfortable. The room was very clean and a good size. It was also nice to have 2 large sized wardrobes, there was a handy little fridge in the room which was good for water and fruit. The pool area and communal areas including the kitchen were lovely and very well kept too. The check in process on arrival was simple enough, I travelled with my mother and alone she would have struggled but I've used a similar process before, so it was easy enough for me to figure out. At breakfast we met the staff the Spanish lady did not speak English but tried so hard to make us feel welcome and ensure we had what we needed. The other member of staff was also lovely and very friendly. Thank you both🙌. Muchas Gracias. There was a washer and dryer on site which I used on the second to last day they were a great perk. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Las Palmas the location is excellent, close to the beach and centre and around 30 mins walk to Old Town.

The pool was absolutely freezing and a kettle in the room would be nice too. Also to my understanding it was an apartment that was booked but it is shared communal areas and kitchen instead, which actually worked better than I initially thought.

Good COVID routines. Small and cozy place. Everything is well maintained and in good condition. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

For some reason, the bed wasn't very comfortable for me, though my partner liked it a lot. Doors to the room could be better sound-proofed. We were woken up by neighbours multiple times.

The room with terras along the pool is fantastic. The breakfast is superb. The staff is super helpful.

The WIFI was horrible. If you plan to work at the property, it is a bad idea. The room had bad WIFI coverage. I had to mostly work on the terras or at the small desk in the shared space.

Everything was amazing - very clean, comfy bed.

If staying for a longer period, the breakfast might start to feel sort of the same, but still very good.
