Great breakfast. Good location. Quiet.

The beds were not comfortable - very firm.

The only positive point we found in our stay was the personnel. Really friendly and accessible, helpful and extremely respectful. Location was more or less quiet. The rest of the options were quite bad.

Easier with bullet points: - The price for this place was way too expensive for what it is. - We asked beforehand for parking place, since we are paying for it. They never answered and when we arrived we needed to park in a far away place from where the building was. We couldn't even see our car. - The breakfast is rather very poor, specially for vegetarian and/or vegan guests. - Location was facing a parking lot (which we were not allowed to use, rather ridiculous situation). - It was quiet, but close to the room there was a stage on the beach, and THAT was really annoying, crowed and loud. - The room lack enough space for cooking and sitting in order to eat. Clearly it's not prepared and designed to cover these basic needs. - The bathroom was extremely tiny and uncomfortable. - The whole different installations of this "complex" of Hotel, R&R and breakfast room are in desperate need of refurbishment. We're guessing this was not done in decades.

Very near to beach, nice breakfast, nice location. Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and smiley.

The wifi signal was so poor. We were not able to use wifi properly in our room. Since the mobile signal was also weak inside room, it was bit annoying, we were not able to plan our visits correctly. Hotel team must work on this and improve. And, please note, you have to pay the Kurcarte (Tourist tax ) per person in addition to the hotel amount. ( I think this is nothing to do with hotel itself !! ) Other than that, all perfect.

Great breakfast and great location near the beach.

Trying to get the room cleaned/serviced was a nightmare. I understand hotels are taking certain measures because of Corona, but we stayed in 3 hotels throughout Germany during this trip, and this was the only one we had issues with. After 2 days of no cleaning or service, we specifically requested a room cleaning, and followed up again the next day to confirm that the room would be cleaned. However, we came back at night to find the room had still not been cleaned or serviced. Then we had to leave the room and wait while someone cleaned it at 10pm. Absolute nightmare. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room and it gets super hot. We tried opening the windows, but we were on the first floor and it was super loud outside with big trucks coming up and down the street our window faced, and, since we were on the first floor, anyone walking by the room could see right in. So it was either a super hot room, or a lack of privacy and loud noise if we tried to open the window. Not comfortable at all.

Parking isn't include in total price. They want to pay tourist tax - it was no written anywhere so total price was much higher due to this tax and parking. Our room was in one building, reception is in other building and breakfast was in thé third building. This is so uncomfortable!

Wifi was unusable and shower was really tiny, even by European standards. Overall, a little expensive for what you get.

Located right by the beach and next to all the shops and restaurants you'd need. Clean and comfortable room.
