Beautiful view of the country side, it felt comfortable and safe. The price was great, and the bed comfortable.

We never saw or heard from the host. A note was on the door with our room assignments.

Kitchen with plenty of seating areas throughout the house. There was all the basics you need to cook with. Host made coffee in the morning and was a great help in discussing the areas in the West Fjords. Plenty of hiking around and the farm animals to visit.

Room was tight. We only stayed 1 night, so not a huge deal. There are four rooms and shared spaces. Think apartment or dorm. It was more awkward as the other three rooms were filled with the same family, so you felt like you were intruding.

Quiet location, easy to find, good kitchen facilities

Only 1 bathroom and toilet between 4 rooms. This was an issue in the morning as everyone got up at the same time and there was a long queue for the facilities. A second toilet would really benefit this property and there is room for it.

Kitchen had an oven, stove, fridge. Lots of places to sit. Close to the beach. Close to natural geothermal pools. Easy self-checkin

The rooms were very small.

Great location and surrounding! Washing machine :) Extra beds were provided for the kids.

Its more like a hostel for adults with own sleeping room and shared facilities. Rooms and house are outdated, no window screens to keep the little midges out during the night. I didnt get any bites, but my daughter and wife were covered with bites, windows were closed. Thin walls, so you could hear the neighbors snorring. If the other rooms wouldnt be occupied it would be great, but if all four rooms are occupied there is some queue for bathroom and kitchen. Next time we would rather use the campsite at the same property.
