The rooms are super nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very extensive (lots of options).

I think the pool (wet deck) could use an update. Especially the furniture (all a bit old). I also didn’t like that a cappuccino at breakfast was not included in the US$30 p.p.p.n. at breakfast.

I didnt like that is was very dark. the hallway is painted black and the carpet was black although the doors was yellow, it needs to be brighten up. its gloomy. please add umbrellas outide by the ppl. it was extremely hot on the rooftop hard to enjoy being out there. I really wish this was an adult only hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, attentive staff, great breakfast (which was included). Full gym with free weights. Definitely a wonderful experience!

The bathroom has a glass rolling door that I kept bumping into, on the first day I knocked it off its rail, could use a little rework.

Good location - close to the bay and Punta Pacific.

Room design is terrible for those who value minimum privacy - the sink is literally in the middle of the room 1 m from the bed, shower has a glass door. Only the toilet has a door but it cannot be completely shut and when you turn on the lights the ventilation starts to work very loud. I with the designers of this room would have to stay there in groups of two to appreciate the « beauty » of their work! and they really hide this layout in the pictures - you will never suspect! The gorgeous view is blocked by an in-built bar - we will attach the pictures. Breakfast at USD 30 per person is mediocre and overpriced. Be prepared that no one in the restaurant speak any English so you will be getting wrong orders, wrong coffee, etc. Next time we are definitely choosing another hotel!

The rooms are great. Pool and facilities are fine, especially the gym and spa areas are nice.

Booked mainly for the swimming pool. However there was a poolparty going on with horrible music, so I could not use the pool. The music was so loud, I could not relax in my room either. The restaurant was closed for unknown reason. Seeing these where my main reasons for booking, I was highly disappointed. Also I had to pay for Wi-Fi?? This is 2023 and a 'high end' hotel, seriously?

Unique aestethics and views. Comfortable bed. Good gym with nice view. Enjoyed the pool and pool-bar/service.

Charged extra for everything. 8$ for basic wifi per night was especially weird. Reminded me of travelling with a low cost airline. Extra for anything most hotels would never charge you for. Well stocked minibar, but with prices almost double of what you (or at least I) would expect from stays in similar hotels in Panama City.

The Hotel charged me for breakfast even though the check-in manager had told me that breakfast was included in my rate.That was very disturbing for me and the person in charge of checking out was very ruthless and showed no empathy with the case.

The W Panama is in a good central location where it’s easy to walk to some restaurants or even the Bayfront park. What I like best is the chill and unobtrusive vibe. you never feel crowded there and yet everything you need is at hand.

The room was very spacious and modern with a very unique design. The Sunday brunch was great. Everything smelled very good, the toiletries were excellent. The TV and WiFi worked well. The minibar was well stocked with an array of snacks and it wasn't terribly overpriced. The desk clerks were outstanding, very polite and helpful. The property itself was reasonably clean and maintained. This property anywhere else would be far more expensive. Based on what I saw in the city, this was far better maintained than other properties. The location was central/near the financial district, but be forewarned that Panama City itself it a bit worn down looking. There is no beach nearby, although the Pacific Ocean is visible from the city itself.

Was disappointed with the view/would have preferred to see the water but it wasn't awful. Most of the room staff were good, although the needing to check on the minibar and disturb our sleep was annoying. The restaurant staff were a bit standoffish and borderline rude. The pool could use some updating/the tiles were crumbling and in need of repair, but the pool area itself was still very nice.
