Location was ideal for my stay. Housekeeping staff helpful. Secured place.

Check in was a nightmare. Took more than 20min. The gentleman who was on duty is definitely not suitable to welcome guests. Moved around to find a Room but it was not ready. I ended up sleeping in a room which is located in a darker area around a corner. Toilet was not even working.

We couldn’t find the place using the address provided

firstly the room was not ready. secondly they put us in a room that was not what we booked. we were booked in a self catering room. I then requested to be moved to the correct room. We had to move our luggage with no help. Only to arrive there and the aircon does not work. We moved back to the first room. By then I had enough. The room was not up to expectation. Will definitely never stay there again. THe breakfast was shocking.....

The venue is spacious with a well established garden. The room was spacious and the bed big and comfortable.

There was a function with some noise going beyond the hours expected.

The owner and Maintenance Person were friendly. Room was eventually changed

The bath towels were torn and old and discoloured. Pool was green. Gym was closed. No hot water in room. Breakfast was not of a good standard. Broken shower door in shower.

They only show picture of nice rooms, I was attracted by that but found what I did not expect. I was asked to pay extra for breakfast

You have no freedom for going out and in, they do not give you key for the gate and you have to ask and wait for the reception everytime you need to go out.
