We loved everything about the place!! The lodge was amazing and it was spotlessly clean. There was nothing it didn't provide and as we stayed over Christmas, it was beautifully dressed with decorations and 2 Christmas trees!! The host left us a huge hamper and a bottle of fizz and even selection boxes for the kids. This was a first holiday for my foster children and was one they will never forget as it was made to be so special. The hot tub is absolutely amazing, it is massive and spotless!! The washing machine came in handy due to wet towels etc. We will deffo be returning in the future and would highly recommend xx

Staying at 32 Misty Bay was like home from home. The welcome pack was a thoughtful, lovely touch. It is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. we loved it.

It was dirty inside and outside furniture was in a poor state needs new and no sun lounges bird poo everywhere and windows were filthy never going back no lights working in the hall way the hot tub was rubbish only a few jets working and no outside lights on front and was full of hen party's screaming and shouting all weekend only got peace after Monday

Roof terrace was excellent, great views of the planes. Welcome pack was a great touch.

Hot tub was an older version and jets kept coming out but it still worked ok

The hot tub was definitely the hit! The lodge was just amazing and had everything we needed.

Fantastic lodge in a prime location provides everything you need for the perfect getaway and the little touches they do for your on your arrival are so thoughtful. This year we arrived in the easter break.The caravan had been decorated for the children and a tub of goodies had been left not only for the children including eggs, sweets and colouring goodies but the adults get one too. It's a beautiful little touch that makes you feel like your really welcomed to stay.

This time we felt the lodge wasnt has clean as normal and we did have to give things a wipe down ie: the bathrooms still had a layer of soap from the previous tenant. (I must add this has never happened on previous stays) The windows and mirrors could have all done with a proper clean and the balcony and outdoor furniture was covered in bird poop, thick cobwebs and a layer of sandy dust. This didnt effect our stay we just gave it all a wipe and clean down and went about our holiday.

The location was beautiful, with close views of the lake. Plenty of seating available outside and the inside was really nice.

Nothing. Some of the activities on the site are very expensive, but we knew this beforehand and this is nothing to do with the lodge.

Home from home, everything there that you need. Had a fabulous weekend. Proper WiFi available in the lodge than having to use Tattershall Lakes rubbish free wifi. Towels were provided which was great as I had forgotten mine. We were allowed a late check out on the Sunday which was just perfect. Thank you so much and for the hamper of treats too.

Outstanding lodge on a lovely park. The standard of the furnishings and fittings was very good, very clean and comfortable. There was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, and communication woth the owner was excellent. Both the roof terrace and the hot tub were lovely features. We only stayed 2 nights so didn't purchase the pass for the restaurant and entertainment complex but there are lots of facilities and activities available on the park with a pass.

Some guest information in the lodge would be useful- about the park, things to see and do, how equipment works etc.

very clean, spacious and all the bits needed for a self catering holiday. The welcome pack of treat went down well with the kids and so did the surprise in the fridge for the adults!!!
