This was our second stay at this beautiful home and hopefully not our last. The location is perfect, close to everything but yet in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is never crowded and within a five minute walk. The house is exactly as the pictures show. The gold cart is an added bonus. The host is very prompt in communication which is always appreciated.

This is the second summer in a row we stayed at this house. The house is in a perfect location off 30A. The huge pool was perfect for the kids to cool off after going to the beach. The hot tub was great as well. Scott is one of the best property managers I have ever worked with on VRBO. He made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We look forward to coming back next summer!

THIS is the house you want if you are interested in Seaside area. Clean, plenty of room, golf cart, numerous bicycles, heated pool, hot tub, and perfect location. This house is tucked in a quiet little neighborhood, yet you are mere steps away from the beach and a short bicycle ride (or golf cart ride) to the town square in Seaside. The property manager was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We really liked this location because the houses weren’t all crammed together like so many other areas we saw. Being able to step out back to a private pool or walk a block or 2 to the beach was so convenient. Teenage kids rode bicycles everywhere. Publix grocery store was maybe a mile away. Beach chairs and pool floaties in the garage. Grill out back. Large screened in back porch. I’m telling you, this place checked ALL the boxes. If we ever vacation in the area again, this will be the house we book.

Our family loved the house and location. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a long day at the beach. We really loved how private the backyard felt, even being in a neighborhood. The beach access was a very short walk from the house and not too busy at all. Scott was very detailed throughout the rental process and was great working with. We stayed at this property with 2 families (5 kids 7 and under). The two master bedrooms worked great for the parents while the kiddos slept in the bunk room. There was plenty of space for our group and the backyard was great. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Favorite part was the location, right off 30A but in a quiet neighborhood with a quick and easy walk to the beach - even with little ones. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the week. Home was very comfortable, pool and spa were awesome and the owner really put some thought into all the available amenities. We also enjoyed local sightseeing and shopping . There was no shortage of good restaurants and we took full advantage. We set aside one day for an airboat ride which was very awesome too. All in all a very good trip and even better stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is gorgeous. The pool and spa are amazing and the screened in porch is very relaxing. The host was awesome. Great communication and assisted with all our needs. The location is beautiful. Very friendly. The beaches are pristine and not crowded. I would recommend this home for a family get-a-way or with a group of friends.

Great house and location
We’ve stayed at tons of different homes in this area and this home was by far our favorite. Our boys are 12, 14, and 16 and the pool at this home was perfect for them. Every detail of the house was great. The walk to the beach was easy and fast. We loved being just a mile from Seaside but not actually in Seaside. The golf cart and bikes were an added bonus. The first day we had a little trouble getting the pool to heat and Scott came right over and got it running. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Beautiful house & amazing location!
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 young kids (5 and 4 years old). Most afternoons were spent in the heated pool and hot tub, which were both the perfect temperature for our late winter/early spring stay. The walk to the beach was no more than 5 minutes and beach access is conveniently located right across the street. The house is beautifully decorated and updated, and the neighborhood street is so quiet that our kids easily rode scooters and bikes without any worry of traffic. Overall, this is the perfect house for a family or group looking for an amazing getaway!

Beautiful clean home tucked back in a quiet neighborhood just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. It was absolutely perfect. The property manager was amazing at answering any questions we had in a super timely manner. Beds were super comfortable and the hot tub and pool wonderful! We loved every minute of our stay!

Fabulous!
We loved our stay! The house was clean, had everything we needed, & the location/neighborhood is EXCELLENT. We loved that there were plenty of bath towels & beach towels. The covered/enclosed patio was so pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spa! The house is a super short walk/golf cart ride to the beach & super convenient. It’s just over a mile away from Seaside, which makes it very easy to bike/gold cart/drive there for shopping & food. We also loved Seagrove Market for lunches and dinners, which was right around the corner from the house as well. We had two families staying together and it was perfect! The check in/out process was very easy and the communication from the host was prompt and thorough. We appreciated everything about this trip! Would definitely recommend!

Beach Retreat
Beautiful home with a wonderful backyard space. The large screened porch and spacious pool / spa were one of our favorite parts of the vacation. We spent time there daily. The home was comfortable with simple airy, beachy decor. All the mattresses and beding were very comfortable for a stay away from home. The golf cart was a huge plus because of the hikes location from the beach and all the "things" we had to carry down daily. Very pleased!!

Beach vacation
This was just what the doctor ordered for our first family vacation in 2 years. The house was perfect, clean and spacious for my wife and daughters. Pool was great, a little too warm for our liking but I'm sure this time of the year in Florida that's not unusual. Beach was easy walking distance and we enjoyed taking the golf cart provided to the shops and food truck area in seaside. The cart needs some work though, steering and braking were difficult so I was the only one to drive it. Our daughters have drivers licenses but we did not feel comfortable letting them take the cart due to the poor condition of the golf cart. This was our only complaint for an otherwise beautiful property. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay! It was quiet and relaxing at this property. The home was clean and everything in working order. We did contact maintenance about the screens on the back patio that had torn during the storms before we arrived. They were quick to come repair and very polite. The pool/spa were a hit with the kids. The screened in patio was a hit with the adults so we could relax in comfort and still keep an eye on the kids. Golf cart was handy to zip around and pick up take out or just go for a cruise. There are lots of various beach access points very close by. Thank you for a great trip. We would love to stay here for our next visit.

Great getaway
Our family of 5 had a great getaway o Just Dune It. It's an easy walk to beach, even for a 4 year old. Nice size pool. Plenty of kitchenware to accommodate our family. We enjoyed daily bike rides with the provided bikes. The house is updated and nicely furnished.
