The kindness of our host, the room itself (room 2), the terrace and exposure, with a large bathroom. Bed was comfy and the heated blanket inside very convenient, as it was quite cool when we were there. Ideal location in Anacapri. Thanks for finding me an electrical adapter for my computer.

Nothing. Just need to be aware that is a bit of a steep slope to get up to the house, thereforenot ideal when walking with heavy luggage. But we knew and managed! Daily exercise done! :-)

When you have the price in mind it’s perfect. Friendly and welcoming host, clean but rustic bathroom and an amazing view. Perfect start point to explore Anacapri and go hiking. We would book again.

Lovely host - great maps and suggestions, very cute dog (who is very playful, just a heads up if you're not a dog person). The kitchen had a fridge and a kettle with some tea. Lovely private terrace with table and chairs. Great location to the shops, restaurants and bus stop (which is essential in Anacapri!)

The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. The shower didn't work - most of the water was coming out of the hose. However we didn't tell the host until the end because we weren't there for long.

The room didn't hold basic standards. The rust and mould was everywhere. Didn't have a functional window, just a terrace door which suppous to have same funktion, but the problem was that we couldn't keep the door open due to the unleashed dog which would walk in. We moved out after just one night and the owner promised to refund for the 2 remaining nights. After many calls back and forth with booking support finally we got refund for only one night. Huge disappointment!

Beautiful location, lovely terrace and easy communication.

Very uncomfortable bed and the shower didn’t turn off properly (which wasn’t communicated to us until we arrived, and had to figure out ourselves how to turn it off at the main). There was no bath mat and all the linen was just pretty old and tatty. I understand that this accomodation is significantly cheaper than alternative accommodation on the island but for €100 a night I still would have expected something a little better.

The location is perfect. 5 minute walk from the bus station and the chairlift station to Monte Solaro. 50 metres from the house you can find very beautiful little street with shops and restaurants. The place is very quiet so if you are looking for a peacful place, I must recomend.

There was little to like at this place. Perhaps that it was in Anacapri and that it had a sweet private little balcony. That is it I am afraid.

Where do we start… it is completely inaccessible by car which means that you have to take your luggage yourself to the door which is up an extremely steep hill so definitely not recommended for anyone who struggles to lift heavy suitcases on their own. The room was mouldy as per other reviews. We could literally hear the time the neighbouring guests turned on and off their taps in their bathroom. My side table was broken as was the light. The shower barely had any water pressure and was either scorching hot or freezing cold. No bath mat provided. Soap in sachets. Pillows like planks. The WiFi was terrible. Cups to use in communal kitchen one was cracked the other didn’t even have a handle. The host was non existent and every time we walked past not even a ‘have a nice day’ nothing. Pls don’t book here. We stayed at such lovely other places in the surrounding area for the same price. This place has no care for their guests whatsoever and is definitely to be avoided. It just feels like you are a means to an end for the season. Other guests we met had the same feeling. Disgusting.

Amazing welcome from the lovely owner - she was so helpful & friendly and we felt like at home as soon as we arrived. The location was just perfect for us, we loved staying in Anacapri and we will be back for sure!!!

The location was perfect, so easy to reach many important sights by foot or bus. The B&B owner is really friendly and helped us with all our questions, so we could save good money and at the same time enjoy fully the wonderful Capri. The bedroom was comfortable and the garden ideal to relax under the trees breathing the clean air of the island.

The shower part of the toilet would need some renovation.

The hosts are friendly and helpful; the location is great as it's just besides Villa San Michele where you can get amazing views of Capri.

Dario the owner is very friendly, and helped a lot with a map & directions to explain the good spots to visit. He is often around and is very quick to respond on WhatsApp Overall very helpful and welcoming :) If you climb up the street (beware, tough & steep walk), you can get in 30min to the highest spot of the island to admire the view Good location very close to the center of Anacapri

The owner was very helpful and communicative, the whole place has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Coffee and cakes are available to guests. It is located in the less touristy Anacapri and thus much quieter, 10min distance from Pza. Vittoria.

Dario, the host is very helpful, and kind. He welcomed us as a friend. We got tips what is worth to visit. The location of the apartment is perfect in Anacapri. You can reach the center in couple of minutes. Bus station is also very close to the apartment.

There may be some renovation in the apartment because it is a bit old.

It was very nice, clean and our room has a terrace with a beautiful view. Dario was very kind and helpful. The place is located 5 min from Piazza Vittoria in Anacapri. We visited also Capri city and we were so happy that we stayed in Anacapri and not in Capri City, Anacapri felt more authentic. If we would ever come back to the island, we would stay again in La Solara. It was perfect experience for us!

The last bit before getting to the place was a bit steep, but it was not a problem for us.

The hosts were very sweet and readily available. They even hung up one of my shirts to dry off in the sun on their private clothes line.

The location is up a steep hill on a cobble side street that breaks apart into rubble and broken concrete. I was very sweaty and my luggage wheels were completely ruined. If you don’t have luggage or physically impaired people, the location was good.
