Four couples stayed here for a mutual friends wedding. Location is easy and house is comfortable A little tight for all four due to bathroom location but worked well for us Would definitely come back again

This house was the perfect spot for our trip to Nantucket! The location is great, and walkable to everything in town, and the house is even nicer inside than the pictures show. We would recommend this property to others and would stay here again the next time we visit.

Stayed at Great Point for a long weekend to attend a wedding. The location is perfect. House is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Sandie is very responsive and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

This house is very conveniently located. Under a 5 minute walk to the main street of town, shopping, restaurants, etc. Communication with the owner easy clear & prompt. Would recommend.

What a wonderful house in a perfect location. 5 min walk to town and a 4 min bike ride to Jetties. Can’t beat that. Sandie was a great host. Hope to be back soon

We loved staying at this Brant Point Home. It was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to downtown to all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely trip to Sandie’s cottage in Nantucket. It’s a perfect location - walking distance to everything in town and to numerous beaches. Sandie was a great host and timely communicated responses to our questions.

Sandie’s property was a true piece of heaven for us. We hope to stay again in the future!! We had a beautiful yard, a sun room, lovely and comfortable living room, and the proximity of the location couldn’t have been better. Adding the beach chairs was such a nice help as well for our group. Thanks so much Sandie!!!

The house was walking distance to the beach and town. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and three children. The private yard was large enough for the kids to play some games outside. Well equipped house.

We could not have been happier with our stay! It has the perfect location to walk downtown or get around via car to the entire island. The house was clean and had plenty of bedrooms for our group. We can’t wait to come back!

Location was great and outdoor shower/patio was nice to have. Upon check in we noticed the main level toilet had a note on it that it was broken which was a bummer as we were three adult couples hoping for two bathrooms. We were not notified prior to check in, and unfortunately, our stay was only two nights so it was not resolved. Overall, we enjoyed this charming home in a nice location close to downtown.

As they say, location, location, location! This house is in a perfect spot, walking distance to everything. If you want convenience, walk to dinner, etc. this house is perfect. However, there are a few points of our stay that did not meet our expectations resulting in our 3 star rating: 1) No matter what we did, we could not get first floor bedroom to cool off. We called the owner (who was very responsive) and adjusted the setting on the thermostat, however the first floor bedroom just does not get enough AC and my husband and I were sweating in there the whole trip. The owner should either fix this issue or state this in the listing for the house... 2) The dishwasher was broken nearly our whole stay. We contacted the owner who sent a repair person who showed up a few days later, but he left without fixing the issue 3) When we arrived, there were still random cleaning supplies around the house, a load of laundry in the dryer, various food/drink in the fridge, etc. Maybe the cleaning people were rushed? 4) Generally, the house is in need of repair/upkeep. As an example, the upstairs king bedroom has peeling paint and cracks in the ceiling and the mattress was overly soft, seemingly from age/wear We come to ACK every year in the summer and have stayed in many different rental houses over the years. While we loved the location of this house, we did not feel like the condition of the house justified the price charged (I say this with full appreciation for how expensive houses are in August on ACK)

We loved our stay in Nantucket. The house was very clean, cheerful and comfortable. Excellent location. 3 minute walk to town and maybe .6 miles to a great beach (Jetties). There are 2 bathrooms - one is only accessible from inside the queen bedroom (1st floor) and one in the upstairs hallway (3 bedrooms up there) So it basically meant 7 of us shared the upstairs bath which was challenging but I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our girls trip to Nantucket! Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and public transportation! The owner of the property is kind and so easy to work with-we would definitely stay here again!
