The house was so beautiful. It is close to the Beach. Plenty of room for 7 of us. We had a great time!

Andy was so kind to help us out. The place we were supposed to stay at wasn’t available and he made sure to accommodate us immediately. He had the house cleaned and ready to check in within hours of my inquiry. The house was clean and had plenty of blankets and pillows for all 13 of us. Kitchen had every utensil we needed plus more. Walk to the beach was only a few blocks which was also nice. I highly recommend one of his properties.

We were able to schedule an extra night to our stay a week prior to our arrival and we were granted an early check in. The property was clean and well taken careof as well as the pool. We live fairly close so we brought all of our beach gear, but in the garage it’s stocked with everything you would need at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay there again!

Overpriced property
The overall property was deceiving compared to the online pictures. Upon arrive the property was nasty. There was at least an inch thick of hair, dust, dirt, dead bugs, and food wrappers under all furniture. I sent pictures to the property manager, and he offered to have his cleaning crew to come back out. I refused because apparently these areas had not been cleaned in a while, so I cleaned myself. On the second day the toilets would not flush, so the property manager sent a plumber out to repair the problem. The property was not far from the beach, but the area was not very nice. This property is very much over priced, and I will not return!!!!

Great location, great property manager, beautiful home
This was our second time renting this house. We love the layout (very comfortable for 2 families+), the pool, the location. We had a problem with the air conditioner and it was fixed within the hour. Communication with Andy could not have been better. Highly recommend!

Ideal Holiday Week
Visited over the holiday season with family. This property meets the posting as stated. It's absolutely clean which is always our number one critique. Floor plan is ideal when you have the need to sleep a group needing four bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to beach with access point right there. If you're okay staying off the beach this is a winner for sure.

Great Family Vacay
Great property! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool and appreciated the pool toys. The only thing that bothered us didn't have anything to do with the property itself; it was a few houses in the neighborhood that were flying upside down American flags in their yards.

Absolutely perfect!!
This house is so gorgeous AND clean!! It looks exactly like the pictures and my family had the best time here. This property has pretty much thought of everything for vacationers! The beach access is at the end of the street, we rented a golf cart for a few days and my kids loved the ease of getting to the beach! It’s just a short walk without one :) the pool was awesome also! We will definitely stay again! Thank you for having us :)

Great location for fun at Panama City Beach.
Our family stayed at this property and had a wonderful vacation. The proximity to the beautiful beach made it easy to drop off all the coolers, chairs, etc and then park at the house so finding parking isn’t a problem. When you’ve had enough time in the sand, the backyard pool and patio are a nice place to hangout. We also loved the open concept living space so people working in the kitchen are with everyone in the family room area. The property manager was easy to contact for questions and they quickly fixed a problem we had with the A/C at check-in. I would give a 5 star rating except, unfortunately, the cleaning service isn’t doing a good job. The home could use a deep cleaning to clean beyond the quick cleaning between rentals. We found dirty dishes in the cabinet, crumbs in the kitchen drawers, smudges and dirt around light switches, filthy baseboards, and the floors still had lots of sand. This is too bad because the home is decorated very nice and could be the perfect rental.

You’ll Come Back!
Our family of six decided to venture out and try a new location and rental this year, instead of the usual property we stay at in Orange Beach. All I can say is... WOW!!!! We will be back again!
This home was spotless, immaculate, equipped with pool floats, pantry items, plenty of linens, a gas grill, and basically every amenity we could’ve asked for. The kitchen utensils and pots/pans were plentiful, something we’ve found there to be a shortage of in other rental properties. Additionally, the pictures weren’t misleading in the least. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious kitchen and open living area.... as the rooms actually seemed larger than they did in the photos.
The private pool and spacious backyard was our favorite amenity, and we trust others will enjoy this property as much as we did. We will return again!

This house is amazing. We loved everything about it. We had a baseball tournament the week that we stayed. We loved the fact we could chill at the house in the pool & grill.

Summer vacay
The property was great! Plenty of room for the family. It's just a short walk to the beach. And then you can return and grill out while the kids play in the pool. My only complaint is that the cleaning service could have done a much better job. Other than that, it was a really good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was awesome and the property owners were really nice. The kitchen was huge, the bedrooms were spacious, the pool was nice, and all of the appliances worked well. I’d definitely recommend this house to others.

Beautiful single-family home
Place was beautiful, would recommend it and would stay again. We had more than enough space for 10 people with sleeping arrangements. They had all the pool toys and beach toys that you could possibly need. Place was very clean, modern and up-to-date. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had ages from six months to 79 years old staying. Private pool was beautiful and easy with the kids to just pop out their employer sit around. Beach was a short walk with easy access. Beach was not crowded at all. However not a lot of eating places close by. But for the quality of the home and east to get to the beach would highly recommend.

5 Star Beach Getaway!
Great location and all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach getaway with the family. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. This truly is a "home away from home" and we can't wait for a return trip. We highly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic Property
Our family stayed here during Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. Andy had turned on all the lights, for an added nice welcoming! The home is well equipped and everything is new. Although some of the houses are not all that charming-the neighborhood is quite and in very close proximity to the beach. I would recommend this property and plan to return.

Booked about a week before we came wondering wow these reviews and pictures seem to good to be true this is available but nope, what a great place! So clean which is our pet peeve at most rentals and Andy was beyond responsive when we first checked in and came over within 20-30 mins to replace batteries in a remote control, as I said, jussssst great!

Perfect Rental for Family Getaway!
This rental exceeded our expectations. Our family getaway at this great property was just what we all needed for a break. Stocked with everything you could need, comfortable beds, well thought out layout of home, nice private pool are only a few of the many wonderful details of this rental. Will definitely be back soon!

Great house for adults and kids
Our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids ages 4 - 11) had a great time at your place. The pool worked well to complement the beach which is very convenient to the house (entrance #80) - about a 7 minute walk with beach equipment. The outside shower was super helpful to keep sand out of the house.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking equipment. The kitchen table seats 10 comfortably. The 72" TV was a nice treat as well.
The bathrooms were super clean, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was refreshing, and the smart thermostats kept us all happy.
The owner was immediately available to answer questions about the house on check in day.
I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a place that combines the option of a beach plus the pool.

Fantastic home for a family visit
We absolutely loved the home for a family visit: 2 parents, 2 grandparents, 3 small kids (8, 7, 5). We had the grandparents upstairs in their own suite. Mom and Dad enjoyed the master BR on main level, and the 3 kids shared the 2 bedrooms on main level with the jack-n-jill bath. Kitchen was great - new, excellent appliances, fully stocked. Washer-dryer units were new and very high capacity - great for all the towels. Loved having the garage just off the kitchen and laundry room. The pool is perfect and gets plenty of sun so our early June visit saw pool temps in mid-high 80s each day. Pool service company visited at least twice that we saw during our 8-night stay. Very nice to come back from the beach and see the pool perfect. Smart TVs in every room plus on the patio - great for everyone when we needed to split up. There is a great public parking area by the dunes ~1/2 mile from the house, so we loaded up and parked down there instead of using Access 80 down the street, where there is no parking along the street. Great fun for the kids that we were close to all the PCB attractions including Pier Park, Ripley's, go-karts, etc. Last but not least the property manager Andy is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great vacation. Can't wait to return.

Thank you Andy! We had a wonderful time at your house. It was exactly what we needed to get away from all the pandemic stress. We enjoyed the pool and the house was very clean. Everything was very well kept up. The short walk to the beach was convenient also. We would definitely recommend this house and hopefully will be back soon.

Perfect spot!
Stayed here with the family for an extended period of time. While covid has the beaches closed and shelter in place in effect, we were able to enjoy the pool and beautiful house to the fullest. Looking forward to renting again when the beaches open, it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach! Nice quiet location in a very friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Everything was taken care of and the property was very well kept. We enjoyed the time at the house and pool. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, if it weren't for all of the items we had to transport it would have been fine. Overall great!
