Struttura non molto silenziosa

Die Unterkunft war super zentral und die Besitzer wahnsinnig freundlich! Das Zimmer war blitzblank und neu. Der Parkplatz war direkt neben dem Haus und abgesperrt.

Was uns furchtbar gestört hat, war der schwarze Schimmel rings um die uralte Duschkabine! Die Dusche innen war neu, auch das Badezimmer wurde renoviert. Nur die Kabine an sich war schrecklich eklig. Ich wollte weder mich noch unseren Sohn duschen.

Antonella was really nice and responsive

- handle of the door to the balcony was broken when we arrived, so it had to stay open at all times (first they said they cant fix it, it will take more than a week, and they knew about it but gave us the room anyways, hoping we wouldn’t care, after asking for cancellation and refund the craftsman came and fixed it the same day, but to top it, they went into the room to fix it without informing us) - it is definitely not sound proof, people in the hallway sound like they are in the room - shower has mold in each corner (see pictures) - toilet had sand in it - floor is mostly swept, not really clean - fresh towels and bed sheets have stains - fridge is not getting cold - wifi frequently cut out - warm water cut out for a day - location at loud and unsafe road without sidewalks (required to walk there everyday for anything, supermarket, beach, restaurants/bars, cafés, etc.) - no breakfast - its just serviced apartments (one room, no kitchen) with multiple other families living in the same complex - very small pool, shared with the entire condo - horrendously overpriced when considering all the above aspects (would recommend to search for local hotels on google maps as they are not listed on booking)

The view and balcony was great!

Cleaning of the rooms is between 08.30 - 09.30 which was to early for us. This made the stay non-cleaned.

Our experience was extremely bad, apart from the fact that we booked 2 rooms and one of them was not used because our friends who were going to travel with us got sick and the owner of the property refused to give us a discount or a partial refund but also their behavior was very bad they had directed us to booking customer service for every request or question, they also wanted to charge us extra for a room that was for 2 people but that in their reservation has resulted in only one guest, it took the intervention of the booking customer service for the owner to agree on what we had booked, they didn't even take into consideration the pronotation screen that we showed. So rude and inhumane people. The room was small, the pool was dirty.

very nice 👍 7 mins walking from Tropea city center. Staff very nice and helpful. Swimming pool is clean. Nice sea view and bed is very comfy. Room is new and clean. A big thank you to Antonella for the morning coffee !

Nothing all good

A new complex that is spotlessly clean and comfortable. a few min walk to center. Because it’s just outside centro storico , you are guaranteed it will be peaceful at night. there is also a pool and deck for a dip and sun bathing .
