Wir waren im Januar mit Freunden da. (4 Personen) Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. 10 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß entfernt. Der Besitzer, Carlos, hat sofort nach der Fluglandung Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen. Wir waren täglich im Kontakt. Er hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist auf drei Etagen verteilt. Unter befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer und eine kleine Küche. Aus der Küche kommt man auf eine kleine Terrasse. Auf der ersten Etage befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und das Bad mit Dusche und Toilette. Auf der zweiten Etage ist auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Ein Tipp - macht morgen früh die Rollos auf- die Aussicht mit Sonnenaufgang ist unvergesslich! Danke Carlos! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit!

The house was perfect in every way. And Carlos, the owner, lived next door and was on hand to help with anything we needed. Definitely hope to return next year.

A lovely 3 storey townhouse in a very well kept, friendly gated community. Carlos was there to welcome us and show us around. He was on hand to ask questions if needed and was an excellent host. The property was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The little back garden was a fantastic sun trap and the chairs were very comfortable. The pool was great and just along from the property. The beach was a short walk away and the supermarket was just around the corner.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. Everything was fab.

The property had everything that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. It is fully equipped, even having cleaning products and laundry detergent. The linen is luxurious and the house was very clean. The courtyard is the perfect place to relax on the sunbeds in private, have some food at the dining table or chill on the sofa and read a book. there is a large pool with beautiful gardens to enjoy the sun. There are 2 more sunbeds at the front of the property, which can be moved closer to the pool. The surroundings are quiet and tranquil, which makes for a relaxing holiday. Carlos is a great host and made it clear that he was there if we needed him. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Carlos was excellent, everything we needed was there, perfect location for us with a family and easy enough to walk the couple of miles to La Cala along the coast. 200 yard away from the supermarket, pool lovely for the kids.

The villa is really lovely, cosy and welcoming. Having the outdoor space is a big bonus. The villa is very clean , everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable time. Carlos was Very helpful and assisted us with any advice and help that we needed at anytime. And welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Lovely touch.
