Sjajna lokacija, odličan raspored soba, bukvalno može 3 para da ga iznajmi i da svako ima svoju spavaću sobu s tim da samo jedna soba ima bračni krevet. Host je veoma ljubazan i brzo odgovara.

Excellent roomy apartment with lots of space. Furniture has a bit wear and tear, but nothing to bad. Best of all is the location: smack in the middle of where you want to be for a nice evening out.

Everything was amazing! It was very clean and the location was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. It was very convenient to have all the amenities like at home, such as the washing machine. Would stay here again anytime!

Location of the appartment is amazing. Also, apartment has everything you need for your stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything at superlative : owner, location, all!

It is convenient apartment for big group to stay together in one place. The living room is spacious and rooms layout is highly functional. We used the apartment over several days as a hub for different colleagues to check in and out, which was convenient for short stays. The assistance from host was helpful.

Parking is some 5 minutes drive fom the building which was not cenviniet for us as we are using the car all the time. Wish it was more accurately described in the portfolio. The twin bedrooms are divided by a thin wall, so one of the rooms has no day light and sound isolation is poor, especialy if you are facing the main square. Additional toilet would be needed for a group of 5+ people, but you can manage.

The best view in town

It’s all about location - right in the central square, something impossible in most cities. The place itself is full of old world charm, lots of space. If you’re into ultra modern - probably not for you, but we really loved it. Be aware that if you have a car owner will provide you with parking about 1,5k away but they can drive you back and forth and are overall very friendly and helpful. Would book again with no doubt

It's in the center of the city but very quiet.

The apartment is very spacious and has everything needed.

Host Ugljesa was wonderful. Speaking fluent English, he even picked me up from the bus station without charge. Friendly, personable and informative, he should be running an international PR company. The operation of the apartment feels more like a kindly family business and small details of decor, furnishings, books, CD player etc give the feel of staying in someone's much loved home and not an anonymous IKEA-furnished rental property. Furnishings tend to be a bit on the old-fashioned side, but that just adds to the individuality and charm. The photos on the site are 100% accurate. It is really a very big apartment and great value for money. The location, right on the main square of Novi Sad, is absolutely unbeatable. Very comfortable bed and pillows and good work space. Excellent WiFi signal. The kitchen is well equipped with flatware, glasses etc and all the basic cooking essentials. All in all, a superb property. Recommended without any reservations whatsoever.

Lighting in the bathroom needs improving There was only one slightly dim light above the mirror.

Location was on its prime ,comfortable and spacious with all necessities included.
