Very nice płace, great design, super pool area, fantastic breakfast, clean, pet friendly

Everything was perfect- location, staff, breakfast, dinner, swimming pools, playground and animation for kids

I am not sure if it is ok if you have to pay extra fee for parking in five star hotel. But it is the only small minus we found.

Supperb breakfast. Marvellous swimmingpool and more- Fine 2 room flat.

Apartments were spread over a large area, some of them far away from main building, reception, dining rooms and swimming pools. My 4 special wishes for our flat were all ignored from the start, but fulfilled when we moved to another flat after complaining. Two times the internet/wi-fi was off for several hours.

Perfect location just under Snezka mountain. Halfboard option was perfect for us. We really appreciated, that the hotel is very kids-friendly and we felt very welcomed with our little children, also in the restaurant. The choice of food was perfect and absolutely sufficient (meat, fish, vegetarian, pasta...) Also the spa-wellness section was really good, not overcrowded in May with very nice option for childer as well as adults (separated sauna part)

the mattress could be more hard. There was a cooling pool in the sauna area, however the water in there was not cold at all.

kitchen equipment was very poor, no knife and cutting board, no ladle, only two plastic wine glasses, no microwave (with little kids not comfortable kitchen) we paid for the better/larger apartment but the position of our apartment was terrible, ground floor, the view was directly on the busy parking place, no privacy we have been there as one family (4 adults, two kids) we had two apartments but it was not possible to have it in one building :( no room cleaning/towel changing during the stay smell from the restaurant/pizzeria which was in the same building, not possible to open terrace door because of this fried onion smell extra bed (sofa) very uncomfortable - for small kids fine but for adults no way damaged floor, very scratched and devastated dinner room very crowded during the weekend

Firstly, apartments were not serviced for the whole stay. This, for the price, did´t seem adequate. At least once per week there should be basic cleaning to assure comfortable stay with kids. Secondly, staff spoke almost no English which was quite shocking.

Delicious breakfast. I liked the watermelons, sausages and scrambled eggs. Big swimming pool. Big swimming pool for a family to swim in. Additionally, there is a massage Clean floors. Nice wooden floors wihich were clean.

If the kiwis would have their skin scraped off before given to the public for breakfast.

The pools and activities for kids.

No English spoken at reception. Room dirty, curtains broken. No fans or air-con (room was south-facing and boiling hot. Not enough towels, toilet paper, cutlery in the kitchenette. Door lock was not working. Managed to get a replacement room with all similar problems. Light bulb broken. In the area for kids activities, there was no Aircon, was very hot and not what you expect from a 5 star hotel really.

The apartment with private sauna was just amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is good, the place is quiet and peaceful although a bit far from the center.

Wifi in the apartment was hardly working. TV is pretty old - no apps like youtube or netflix, just regular channels.

-Modern apartment, very spacious and clean. We asked for an apartment on the upper floors with view on the mountains. The balcony overlooked the moutain, it was beautiful ! -The sauna in the bathroom was a great experience, and is a very nice bonus. -Nice breakfast with many choices (salty/sweet) and specialities from Poland -Hotel located near hiking trails, we did not take the car to go to Sniezka. -The swimming pool is really nice at the end of the day to relax, with jaccuzis ; reserved for adults in the evening.

-The wifi did not work at all during our stay (we were in the building number 4 far from the main building) -Not enough towels : no kitchen cloth to wipe the dishes ; no towels for the sauna ! (to put on the wooden bench) ; linens were not changed during our stay (3 nights), we had to pay extra for that. -Poor sound insulation : we could hear our neighbors talk late at night in their apartment (and other intimate noises...) -Alternating very hot and cold water in the shower, it's never the same temperature... -Pricey parking and we didn't have a private place for us. The spaces to park are very narrow and sometimes impossible to park. One night, we came back late and the entire parking lot was full ! (and we still have to pay)

Very well run and organized 5 star resort. Great location, fantastic two level rooms . Strong recommendation.

I would not recommend this place. The pool was ok but usually crowded. Sauna would be a cool addition to a winter stay.

It is far from the center but access to nature is limited. The apartment blocks are built very close to each other and parking at 30 PLN a night is not guaranteed. Beds were very uncomfortable, only one small pillow per bed. Loads of additional charges like cleaning and towels. Passive aggressive person at the reception made me fill out and sign documents and didn't provide me with a copy. The road which leads to the town center is very dark and unsafe at night. Will not be back !

There are 2 places used for buffet breakfasts and dinners. Downstairs and upstairs. Both are accessible to anyone = both are full of screaming kids which are running everywhere. Would be much better to reserve one place for families with kids and the second one for travelers without kids, to enjoy some calm breakfast and dinner. Don't get me wrong. I don't have any problems with kids. But if you want to enjoy some peaceful dinner or calm breakfast (they serve even prosseco for breakfast!), the last thing you want to hear is scream of all those kids which are roaming everywhere over the place while you're eating :-(

We got a room with a bathroom for people with disabilities. While I appreciate the fact that hotel has such rooms it is very inconvenient for families with small children and it was not how the room was presented in pictures. There was no option to change the room. Also our room was not ready until 19.00 on checkin day for some reason. Lastly for this price of apartament I would expect at least basic cleaning free of charge

Beautiful place to stay in Karpacz. Hotel is in a quiet and peaceful area, a bit out of the way. Next to the mountain trail to Sniezka. Clean, modern and spacious apartments. Even when you are staying in one of the apartments on the side you still can use all hotel facilities like swimming pool or spa and saunas. Breakfast worth the price. Great choice of food. I recommend to book a two level apartment with a mezzanine.
