Overall the place is decent. We stayed from Friday-Sunday with 8 adults and 5 kids from age 9 to 2 years old. It has 3 king beds, 2 bunk beds, and one room with 2 twin beds. 4 bathrooms. The theater room had a smell to it and the tv was not working so we didn not use, instead we used the one in the living room. There was plenty of plates and cups and a pantry full of cooking gadgets but I did not use. My issue was the stove. It works but not properly. It would get super hot and when you would lower it, it wasn’t hot enough. The pots there were nonfunctional due to most of them having the Teflon scratched off. I was not comfortable using it like that. There was not enough garbage bags and by the end of stay we were out of toilet paper but it was our last night so not worth asking for more since we would be leaving in the morning. We did heated the pool and host said it would be 89 degrees. Worth heating it since we went when the temperature dropped. The pool was fun.

We were 8 gentleman there to play Southern Dunes. Safe gated community within a mile of the golf course entrance. Only negative are the bunk beds, twins would work better for adults.

This property is nicely located for Legoland

Had a great time!! Theatre room was the favorite party of the house. My kids enjoyed it more than the pool. Will be staying again in the future for sure.

Loved the space of the house! Not much parking but you can park on the opposite side of the street. I just wish the theater room had AC, the kids were miserable in there trying to watch a movie.

Responsive staff, very accommodating. Read the fine print and bring soaps, sponges, paper towels and toilet paper. Some furniture showed wear which was surprising in such a beautiful home.

Property as described and great location. Everyone loved the fun beds and children loved the movie room, spaciousness and pool. Jenny was fantastic with communication prior to arriving and prompt to respond to any inquiries while we were on site. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Everything was wonderful. Communication was always fast and easy. The property was close to everything. We felt very safe. We had a family of 3 generations and everyone enjoyed the trip. The kids said a movie room was better then a game room. Will rent again!

The house was spacious and accommodating for our family of 12. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommend Snowcat Ridge for a snow & sledding experience in the Tampa area. The rental could benefit from a refresh and more attention to cleaning details.

Overall great experience, house clean and all the listed items available. The only thing that could be updated and improved is the BBQ. It was not clean and utensils unable to be used, other than that overall experience well. We enjoyed our stay.

What looks like a great house in the photos is NOT what you get. 1. Paint flaking in the pool 2. Hot tub you turn the knob and nothing happens. 3 Duck tape on walls and in 1 spot outside the laundry section was a huge hole with duct tape around it. 4. No hot water in 1 bathroom 5. Shower hot and cold nozzles are backwards in other shower. 6. Garbage disposal didn't work until my husband reset it. 7. Beds are VERY uncomfortable. 8. Theater room recliners are torn up. 9. Theater room wall have screw holes and paint missing. 10. Laundry room washer SMELLS BAD MADE CLOTHES SMELL WORSE 11. No lightsworking

This property felt like home to me & my family. The property manager was prompt on all communications. Any issues were fully attended to. The children enjoyed their themed rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Loved all the room!! 7 bedrooms was a blessing! Lots of fun in the theater room every night! Pool temperature (heated) was "perfect", says the grandkids! Kitchen amenities were awesome. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay the house was beautiful and spacious. Need to work with cleaning crew and management, the bathrooms were not cleaned at all and no game room but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thanks for having us.

This was a beautiful property with plenty of room to accommodate a big family or in our case multiple family’s. The kids enjoyed the pool every day while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Jenny was a great host who was quick to resolve any issues that came up. It was a wonderful week & definitely a place we’d consider renting again.

We vacation annually with my SIL and her family. Between us, we have 4 adults, and 7 kids — six of whom are BOYS. The house was as described and had plenty of room for our motley bunch. Jenny, the owner, was very responsive to our pre-trip communications and those during the trip. It was clear she wanted us to enjoy ourselves. The pool was great! The kids were in it everyday! The movie room was perfect for a kids zone, which we totally appreciated. While there, we went to LEGOland, Pirate Dinner Adventure, ICON Park, and saw a movie. The travel time to these attractions was manageable. Also, there’s a Walmart 1 mile away, which was so convenient for groceries!! I’d recommend this for any family vacation.

Everything was almost awesome except the part where my lil kid found the snakes but thank you for a beautiful home

This house was perfect for us, we had 4 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of space for everyone, the pool was used daily, it was clean and wonderful. The movie room was an added plus for the rainy parts of the day. We really enjoyed the location, we were about half an hour from everything we wanted to do, and about an hour an a half from either beach side to be able to explore a little. Jenny was a great host, very responsive. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely look to stay in this property again when in the area.

Great location, close to slot of shops. Very spacey everyone had their own space. Would definitely book again when coming back to Florida.

This house was nicely furnished and was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was very spacious and accommodated our large group without ever feeling crowded. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints.

We have stayed in this neighborhood five times and although we made the most of our trip, this listing was not near the quality of the other homes. The photos are outdated. The house is listed for 13 people, but the breakfast nook and dining table only each have 3 chairs each. A family of 4 cannot sit together unless things are moved. The upstairs desk/game area is empty, so that picture should be removed completely. There is also a limited supply of towels and washcloths. We had 6 guests and not even 2 a piece for our stay. There is also not enough bowls and silverware for 6 people. I should have realized by the limited description that this would be a limited home. The homeowner was also not responsive. She was responsive when initially booking the home, but when we decided to add the heated pool before we came, I had to call after no response for 2 days. I then attempted to contact her to extend our stay and still have not heard back. We decided it wasn’t worth it so we headed home. The only thing we asked the management company for was assistance with the upstairs furnace only blowing cold air when the night temps were in the low 30s. The office was responsive, but the gentleman who came by acted like we were an inconvenience. I’m not sure if he is the property manager or maintenance, but he said it was fine and nothing was wrong. After 2 nights of cold air, we finally had heat. I’m not sure what he did, but it wasn’t a nice response. We also had to buy blankets because there is literally nothing extra to make it feel cozy and on cold nights the thin bed covers weren’t enough. I understand not wanting things stollen, but this defeats the point of renting a home when it doesn’t feel “homey”. The best part was watching a movie in the theater room. Aside from that it was just an okay trip. We won’t rent this home again.

Great place for my family to stay, we had a problem with the A/C, they came within minutes to fix it! Great communication!

Excellent property for a family stay. The movie room and karioke was great fun and Southern Dunes golf was a big hit too.

Best property management company and owner I’ve ever worked with! They were very quick to respond anytime we needed something. Pool was amazing! Kids loved the themed rooms. Adults loved all the space to spread out. Everyone loves the theater room! Listing was accurate.

Good: The house is located in an excellent location. Walmart is 5 minutes away. Every fast food restaurant you can think of is right there. You have to go a little further to get good sit down restaurants. The house looks just as online pictures. It has 2 bedrooms on the main and 3 bedrooms upstairs which I loved because everyone had their own space. The pool was very spacious and amazing. The home has everything you need to feel like home.The Bad: It's Florida but bugs, bugs, and more bugs. It was a lizard in 1 of the bedrooms. The screen in porch around the pool needs to be redone because it has a couple of holes in it allowing lizards to come play by the pool. It was an excessive amount of flies so we couldn't have my daughter birthday party outside. The ceiling fan outside has seen better days. We seen roaches in the homes as well. Minor touch ups done in home can make it better but overall my family enjoyed our stay.
