Paper thin walls - could clearly hear people talking in next unit . We like to watch a few TV shows after dinner but could hear the TV from the next unit . Had to turn volume uncomfortably high to be able to hear our show without hearing theirs. Some bathroom electrical outlets did not work. No drinking water ( had to go out & buy some ) , no paper towels or napkins. Stairs to unit entrance - paint mostly peeled off & lots of rust. For almost 2K for 4 nights, expected a more upscale condo.

This condo is right on Carlin Park , walking distance to everything- beach , tennis courts , pool , restaurants and shopping . The place is immaculate , we will not stay anywhere else when vacationing in Jupiter, This was our second tomes renting this condo and we will be renting many more times . If you enjoy the beach , pool , park and bike riding this is the place . The host , Bob , is great and ready to answer all questions to make your stay relaxing and fun .

We had a great time during our stay in Jupiter with friends for my husband’s birthday. This was the perfect condo. We were with another couple so the layout was perfect! A master suite upstairs and one downstairs. Everything we needed was available. It was very clean and close to everything. It was a 15 min. Drive to Roger Dean where we spent two days watching our Cardinal team. We visited the beach. Although we could walk a short distance we drove since we had a lot of gear. All restaurants were very close. We took a boat tour on the Island Princess one afternoon and that was a lot of fun and well worth the money. We also visited the Wild Animal Sanctuary and the Loggerhead Marine Museum. Bob was very attentive and helpful. I would give this place a 5 plus stars! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Jupiter.

Loved our stay here! Walking distance to several great restaurants including my favorite, Twisted Tuna. A five minute walk across Carlin Park (which also has nice walking trails) gets you to the beach. The condo itself was also fantastic. I lived that there were THREE separate living room type areas, two of which had TVs. Loved also that there were three bathrooms, including two full en suite. I also appreciated the decor which was fun and Interesting as opposed to the super generic feel of most places like this this. Bob was a great, easy to reach host, and I enjoyed talking to him. If I were going to Jupiter again, I would literally plan the timing of my trip to make sure I could stay here again!

Warm and comfortable condo - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was so much room for my family of 5 to spread out we never felt that we were lacking for space. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. We used the beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided, it was perfect for spending hours in the sun and sand. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of area to sit and relax. We would love to come back and stay but it seems this condo is so popular our time next year is already booked by someone else! Just another testament to how wonderful it is.

The Villa offered more than advertised . It is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed and more . It’s located right on beautiful Carlin Park which has a beautiful walking trail , tennis and pickle ball courts . A quick walk across the park and you are at the beautiful ocean beach ! Bella Vista also has a beautiful pool which is very clean and well maintained. A short walk to the restaurants or Publix grocery store . The host Bob is the best ,he reached out a couple times before our vacation to make sure we didn’t have any questions and when we arrived he made sure we were settled in and didn’t have any questions , this is the perfect Villa for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation . We already booked our next vacation here.

This property was a great location with access to a variety of activities. The place was cozy and clean, a perfect home away from home. The owner was great with communication and made himself available if we had any questions.

We had a great time in Jupiter at Bella Vista! The location was perfect for my family. It was great to have the backyard basically be the park! The kids played tennis in the morning, and we went to the beach in the afternoon! Although we walked to the beach the first time to explore and eat lunch at the Loggerhead Cafe on the beach, the next day we drove since it was a bit too far to walk with all the beach supplies for our 6 and 9 year old(it's only a 5 minute walk). The baseball field and playground right next to the beach was a perfect addition that we took advantage of as well! The unit itself we loved! It was perfectly decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our stay! The owner was very communicative and helpful and super friendly! We couldn't have asked for a better family vacation!

My wife and I had a pleasant, quiet stay in Belle Vista, Jupiter. Close to the beach, pool, park, restaurants, and the lighthouse. The host contacted me ahead of time to be sure we were prepped. We would stay again.

I was in Jupiter for a wedding and I’m so glad I found this wonderful Vrbo! The location next to the park, walkable to a lovely beach and close to so many good restaurants was wonderful. The unit itself was just as described online. It was very clean, very roomy, very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit! Hopefully I’ll get to stay there again soon

Our stay was perfect. The accommodations, location, amenities and host were all great. Bob gave us some suggestions on where to eat and was very clear with the check in and check out instructions. The pool at the facility was never too busy and was quite enjoyable. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

We had a great stay at Bobs place. The condo was really big. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house was spotless. We went grocery shopping which was a 2 minute drive. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Twisted Tuna. I highly recommend this condo and will return.

Staying at Bob's Beach Condo was such a wonderful experience. The condo was perfectly located. We were able to go to the pool, beach, bike, and walk. The view from the balcony was amazing! There were also plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from if we wanted to eat out and the condo was fully stocked if we wanted to stay in. Bob was a wonderful host and he answered any questions we had within minutes. It was a perfect vacation!

The highlights of this property for us were the location and the affordability. After learning that the beach, the pool, the grocery store, and several local restaurants were all within 1 mile and there was a golf cart service offering rides, we decided to do without a rental. The furthest destination we had was to the ballpark which was still only 15 minutes! Bob was amazing and the condo itself was lovely! I highly recommend this spot!

We loved this condo, we come to Jupiter annually and would Book again if available. Great location, beautiful home, plenty of towels, pillows, Blankets etc. the best part was how easy and accessible The owner Bob is, any question I had he was very very responsive.

Our stay could not have gone better. Excellent location as the beach was a short drive or walk. The condo was very clean with a lot of room. MrSams was very accommodating to any and all of our needs while we were there. It was also located near the grocery and several restaurants. Our stay could not have gone any better.

Very close to restaurants and the beach. Especially loved the lazy loggerhead cafe, 5 minutes away, for breakfast at the beach, and the Food Shack for dinner. Property has scratched calphalon pots, so we did not cook (but we were happy to go out). We loved the walking trail next to the property, which we frequented each day. Property was very comfortable with outdoor deck to unwind.

My wife and I stayed in Bob's Beach Condo in Bella Vista for the month of November. We were there to decide if we wanted to move back to Jupiter after having moved away in 1989. Bob and Christine were wonderful hosts. They gave us an update on Jupiter and the area and were honest that it is there favorite town in Southeast Florida. They also provided a lot of recommendations for restaurants, which we appreciated since a lot had changed since we left. When we arrived at the condo, it was exactly like the pictures and the description so there were no surprises. The kitchen was fully stocked so we had all the cooking and eating utensils that are needed. The layout with a television in the den and the large one upstairs in the loft was perfect for us. The king size bed we used in the downstairs bedroom was very comfortable so we slept well. One of the best things about the condo is its location. We were right next to the walking/running trail and tennis courts and a short walk to Carlen Park Beach. We were also just driving minutes from many excellent restaurants on the water. We had such a great time in Jupiter that we have decided to make it our winter home.

Bob is a gracious host, always available to answer questions. The location was perfect distance to The Rodger Dean Stadium. The beach is walking distance thru Carlin Park. You might even meet an Iguana on the way!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo! It has the perfect private sun deck to enjoy also! Bob is the perfect host, very helpful and responsive and a pleasure to speak with. We had a great time. Enjoyed the beach, pool and resaurants suggested by owner who was very attentive and hands on if we needed anything which we didn't.

You can tell when a rental is someone’s 2nd home, there are extra homey, comfortable touches, a kitchen w everything you need inclu tea, spices, cleaning items, little baskets for storing your vanity items, & quality comfy furniture. Bob’s place has all that, all with a wonderful view out over Carlin Park, complete with coconut palms swaying in the breeze. We practically lived in the loft, w its cushiony couch & recliners, bistro table overlooking the deck & park, & separate roomy main bedroom w en-suite. Plenty of towels, beach towels & 2 chairs, and quiet. We had no adjoining neighbors most of our week. Bob is a great host, easy communication. Highly recommend.

This is a property that I would not hesitate to rent again! The description is very accurate, and I found Bob to be very friendly and more than helpful when booking this home. It is a 5 minute walk through Carlin park to get to the beach, and within minutes to some of the best restaurants in the area, one of them being a Jupiter local favorite The Food Shack( a must visit). Other great places along the Jupiter inlet with the lighthouse in the backdrop. The townhome was clean, well equipped and plenty spacious. Two Master Bedrooms on each floor, plus a pullout sofa in the den area downstairs provided the perfect sleeping arrangement for my wife and two children. My one and only suggestion would be to replace the shower head in the upstairs bathroom- a bit quirky(didn’t look at the downstairs bath). Thanks so much Bob for sharing your beautiful home!
