Amazing view's just as described! The place is very clean and well stocked. The owner was quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you just want to sit back and relax on a stunning beach.

Our family had an amazing time! The house was so well organized and a perfect location on the beach. We boated, snorkeled and explored the beautiful island. We have traveled and rented in many places and thought this house was one of the best!

Many vacations can seem as hectic as our daily lives. That is definitely not the case here.
Imagine waking up to the gentle lapping of waves and nothing else. Now take your cup of coffee 15 steps out of your back door through the soft, white sugar sand, and snuggle down into a very comfortable beach chair. Spend some time just breathing. Watch sea turtles frolic in the seagrass just yards away while the blue-green (and oft times purple) cotton candy waters bury your toes in the sand. This can be your morning.
Casaurina Sea Breeze was a leisurely 25-ish minute drive from the airport, so make sure to call ahead and have a rental car waiting for you. Grab your groceries (and I recommend jugs of filtered drinking water for any island) on the way out of Marsh Harbor and head south on the Great Abaco Highway towards your well-earned peace and quiet in a tropical paradise.
The rental was beautifully appointed with everything you could want and the owners were very attentive and efficient. The attention and care they have put into the little things is quite apparent. Hands down, this was the cleanest rental I have stayed in yet.
The community of Casuarina is small and very quiet. It is an excellent choice for families or those seeking peace. There is no one to entertain you here. The rental has an excellent choice of games and the wi-fi/ satellite is strong. There is a world-class stretch of beach & salt flat just steps off of your own porch. Enjoy being on island time!

Booked one side of this duplex for my sons grad trip. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms with showers (no tub). Loved 2 dining areas - one connected to kitchen and the other we used for puzzles & games. Kitchen was well equipped and the home was immaculate. Great advice from owner- if you fly in, grocery shop before you check in - Marsh Harbour is approx 30 min north and no Dollar Generals on any corner:)
The boat thats furnished with the rental is awesome - it provides your fishing and snorkeling adventures :)

I feel like the pictures do not do justice. This place is AMAZING. It is everything that everyone has wrote and more. I feel like the pictures don't show how totally updated and beautiful and so comfortable it is. We felt at home right away. Having access to the kayaks and paddleboards is priceless, not to mention the skiff. Bob & Janice are wonderful people and truly care about their renters and giving everyone the best experience. Everything is fully stocked and makes your stay so comfortable and peaceful. Being directly on the beach, you could not ask for more. I am not one to repeat vacations, but we will be back!

Casuarina Sea Breeze raises the bar when it comes to a five-star rating. The kitchen has every appliance/utensil you could possibly need or want to cook any meal. Both bedrooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. The home is spotless and NOT worn out looking. Tons of thought and attention was paid to decorating on the inside. The house sits steps from the beach and the deck is super comfortable to sit on all day with the covering it provides. Just the perfect amount of sun and shade. The beach is clean, the water warm and shallow, and the boat and all the water toys are a plus. Bob and Janice were great hosts. They provided a comprehensive binder of any and all information you could possibly want about the island. We had the pleasure of getting to know them personally floating on our rafts in the ocean and they made us feel like family. This will ALWAYS be our go to place in Abaco!
P.S. if you love jerk, take the time to visit Talkies for takeaway - it's awesome.

What a great place to go to destress!
We wanted a quiet getaway with long time great friends, and that is exactly what we found.
The skiff was a bonus, and all the other water toys were in very good condition. We would highly recommend visiting.

What a wonderful vacation! This house has it all! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house was immaculate. Beds are super comfy. The beach access is literally 2 steps out the back porch. If you are looking for direct beach, book this property! I would definitely return! Thank you Janice and Bob for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

We had a wonderful time at Casuarina Seabreeze, the house and the location were outstanding! This was by far the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house has absolutely everything you could need-- every gadget/pot/pan you could want, plenty of beach towels, and so many small thoughtful touches that offer all the comforts of home. Janice and Bob have a very detailed binder describing the area and the house, and we had open communication throughout our stay if we had any questions. We loved being able to kayak and paddle board, but the Carolina Skiff is such an asset! We explored the Sound everyday. So many conchs, shells, sea biscuit sand dollars, starfish, sea turtles, stingrays, etc. We stopped and snorkeled around every little mangrove island we came upon, where often beautiful (empty) conchs were laying on the beaches. We found the snorkel spots Janice and Bob had on their map, beautiful coral and brightly colored fish! We also ventured to the Sawmill Sink Bluehole--totally worth the interesting drive to find it! Janice and Bob were spot-on with their recommendation to use Capt Walker Wong to take us out fishing. We only wish we had gone out the first full day of our trip! We had so much fish to eat that we had to give some away to our neighbors at the end of the vacation! We caught 7-8 different species of fish---by far our teenage son's highlight of the trip! In short, special house--special place! We hope to come back!

What an amazing home, location, and hosts!!! The pictures don't even do this justice, its just so beautiful. The home was very clean and comfortable. On a busy day, we may have seen 6 people on the whole beach. This is a great place to go and just disconnect and forget about any of your stress. There is wifi and I was able to still do my online schoolwork without any problems. We have stayed at several rentals and this is by far our favorite.

We had a wonderful time at Casuarina West Breeze. The home is well maintained and clean. We had everything we needed for our week long stay. We enjoyed the skiff, paddleboards and kayaks. The water and snorkeling areas are beautiful!

What a great family vacation! Very relaxing and safe. Lots to explore, great fishing. The beach and water were just as I imagined the Caribbean to be. Shallow, clear, calm, BLUE! The motor boat, kyacks and paddle boards were so fun to have. Janice and Bob were so kind and quick to respond. They made us feel at home. Thank you!!

The pictures in this case actually don't do it justice. It's so great and what an amazing place CP is. The water is as clear as crystal with a sand bar you can walk 1000 yards into the ocean on! Snorkel and shell each day or just lounge in the 1-4 foot water as far as you can walk out. The house and amenities are very accurate. Beach is 25 steps from back slider door. Plenty of seating, toys like a skiff, paddle boards, kayaks, kids toys, etc. This area is so beautiful as it's just close enough to stuff you need or want, but just far enough to be on a slightly pink sand beach and 75% of the time we didn't even see more than a few people all day! Great WiFi as I "worked remote" the whole time. Kids loved it and we had to drag them out. Janice is a gem and made our stay outstanding....ABSOLUTE HEAVEN!

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Everyone had a wonderful time. Hosts were great, place had everything you would need for cooking or beach toys. The place was stunning, I would go back in a heartbeat.

Best Abaco trip ever!
We took our kids that are 13 and 18 on a beautiful vacation. The house had absolutely everything we needed! It was so clean, and was perfect for our family. The location of the house, and all of the toys were amazing. The owners of the home were fantastic, and we cannot say enough about what a great vacation this was for us. We will be back as soon as possible, and we can’t wait to see Janice. We highly recommend the private chef, Debbie, to come over and cook. We also thought Hope Town was a great place to go visit for the day as well. 5 star all the way!

Perfect beach house in a quiet neighborhood
We wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. The Casuarina point neighborhood is lovely, quiet and off the beaten path. Janice and Bob seem to have thought of everything that renters might need and their rental skiffs are top notch. Amazing snorkeling and marine life just a short boat ride away from the beach. Not far from the sawmill sink blue hole and crossing rocks beach. Didn't have time to really take it all in during a short 1 week stay but looking forward to exploring more of Abaco next time! Thank you Bob and Janice for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Villa on the beach.
This Casuarina beach villa is a wonderful place to come alone or with family and friends. We rented West Breeze. Because it is located right on the beach we had an awesome view. Janice and Bob are very attentive hosts and the villa is extremely well equipped with a personal decorators touch. This is a very safe area. It is residential so you will have great privacy without hordes of tourists. Lots of extras also included. It is located only 20 minutes from airport, large grocery store and excellent wine/ liquor store. Barefoot car rental was great. Easy to get to outer Island ferries.. Highly recommended.

I had seen the beauty of Casuarina on a prior trip and always wanted to make a stay there on a return. Had the great opportunity to book with Janice and Bob in their Sea Breeze cottage and could not of asked for better accommodations. Their west breeze unit was perfect for my friend and I. Everything we needed from cooking items to bedding to beach toys were readily available. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the skiff cranked perfectly on the first pull! Starting with check in, Janice communicated every detail we would need upon our arrival and during our stay. Both she and Bob were available to help us any way during our stay. We are especially thankful for their guided boat tour of Cherokee settlement and the surrounding sound!

Stock up on food in Marsh Harbor make the trip south. Once there enjoy the escape and relax. I can’t wait for the next chance to return!

Casaurina sea breeze - Incredible!
I had seen the beauty of Casuarina on a prior trip and always wanted to make a stay there on a return. Had the great opportunity to book with Janice and Bob in their Sea Breeze cottage and could not of asked for better accommodations. Their west breeze unit was perfect for my friend and I. Everything we needed from cooking items to bedding to beach toys were readily available. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the skiff cranked perfectly on the first pull! Starting with check in, Janice communicated every detail we would need upon our arrival and during our stay. Both she and Bob were available to help us any way during our stay. We are especially thankful for their guided boat tour of Cherokee settlement and the surrounding sound!

Casuarina Sea Breeze was the perfect location for our holiday get away. The house is right on the white sandy beach, with a boat to run around the bay and fish or snorkel. There are sand bars and coves to explore with hardly anyone else on the beach. Janice went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay and for our travel requirements. They have the house equipped with everything you need from puzzles and games to paddle boards. We took a fishing charter on Christmas and had fresh fish for a couple nights, and went to local restaurants the nights we didn’t make ourselves dinner in the well equipped kitchen. We had a great time on Abaco island and loved every minute of our vacation!

This was our first trip to Abaco. It's always tough for us to decide where to stay when we haven't been to an island before. So many listings, so many beaches, so little time! :-)
We chose Casuarina Point because it looked to be the closest to Marsh Harbour out of Dorian's destruction and we didn't want to rent a place that might not even be there anymore! We chose Casuarina Sea Breeze because it was within our budget and the pictures looked really nice! We definitely rented the right place. We stayed in the West Breeze, but I think the East Breeze is an identical flip flop to the West.
The house, the beach, and the hosts were amazing! We've rented several VRBO's before, but never one that is so well organized, labeled and helpful with maps, guides, etc... And, if it's not labeled or you have a question, Janice and Bob are just a phone call away! Oh, and everything is so CLEAN and the place is a beautiful as the pictures make it look.
The kitchen is well stocked, as well as the bathrooms with clean new towels and the beds look brand new. I'd say the mattress is medium soft. Not super soft, but not hard as a rock either. I slept well every night, especially after a long day of playing!
They have every toy you could imagine. SUPs (2), Kayaks (2 singles and 2 doubles). Even two boogie boards (but there are no waves! Haha). Oh, and did I mention the 16' Skiff? I know it's not a toy, but we used it to check out the blue hole and small islands around the sound and did some snorkeling off of it too. I don't fish, but I saw other folks taking their Skiffs out with fishing poles. I'm told that at low tide and no waves are perfect bone fishing days.
As for the beach. Right out of story book! Perfect, powder soft sand and very little waves, if any at all. At low tide, there is a sand bar that arches from the east end of Casuarina beach to the west end that is about shin deep that you can walk (I think it's about a mile walk). I found a couple of Sand Dollars out there when I walked it. I think you can walk 500 plus yards straight out from the house before even getting into waist deep waters (at low tide).
They talk about no-see-ums and mosquitos when it's not breezy but we never experienced that as there was always a cool breeze blowing. We did put bug spray on just to be sure and I think I only got bit once in the 5 days we were there.
