Excellent communication, cool location with many bars and cafes in walking distance to the inner city, easy access (door code with excessive explaination in advance), very stylish appartment, totally clean and with a nice view to a future park. Absolutely to come back!

All super - the construction works on the future park next to the asset started early, but not too much noise and good windows.

Everything: the spot, no-contact check in, cleanliness, facilities, most importantly interior design and it was very comfortable! Only 5-10 minutes walk from the square!

This apartment was stunning, code access was easy. There was so much space, including a great balcony. The bed was so comfortable, had the best sleeps while here. The local area was incredible. So many amazing food and drink places nearby. We were glad to stay outside main centre, was great access for taxis to and from airport, missing all the traffic. Nice walk to centre or via scooters.

We loved our stay here but the only issue we had, was outside the balcony there is work going on which is very noisy and some mornings started before 6am. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue.

Neglected to tell us that major building work was going on at the time of our stay. Being woken every morning very early on holiday is not fun.

Perfect location only a few minutes walk from the centre square. Such good value and service for the price of the apartment! Will be visiting again

Spotlessly clean, exceptional interior design and aesthetics, quiet location but still next to the center of Krakow, and last but not least it has the best customer service I have ever witnessed while travelling. Lilia was very helpful and instantly responded to everything I needed -from a covid test location to what shop they got the bed pillows from (best I've ever slept on). Plus, she has been giving me detailed instructions etc. before I got there, so that everything would run smooth. Some friends are already planning to stay there after my reco, and I can't wait to return too. It's not only a vfm option, it really exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the incredible stay!

There's nothing not to like.

We loved the bathroom, especially the shower. Great location, everything at one's fingertips.

Close to old town, many restaurants and attractions. Modern and clean with breakfast delivered.

The property itself was amazing. Maybe something small so the owner can prevent damage is to put down a door mat in the winter months for taking off shoes. one outside the door and one inside. The other thing is fix the shower head. You can see water damage to the bathroom door which overtime will impact the quality of the property.

Cosy and modern apartment. Perfect location to explore the Old Town by foot. Great restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Over the final two days, the shower drainage became clogged for some inexplicable reason. This meant that one can only run the showers for a few minutes at a time before the water overflowed.
