La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nella corte interna con cancello. Tutto pulito. Cuscini comodi.

Dalle foto e dalle recensioni sembra un posto molto più bello di quello che è. Noi siamo stati bene e x una notte di appoggio, toccata e fuga va benissimo. Ma dare 10 (come ho visto in tante recensioni( a una stanza con muffa e stucco che cade. Piastrelle e mobili vecchissimi. Senza aria condizionata, con ventilatore e odore di vecchio e in una strada che puzza di urina...beh, mi pare esagerato) apprezzo la ragazza, davvero gentile. la colazione abbondante e i cuscini comodi, ma penso che sia giusto che chi prenota possa scegliere sapendo a cosa va incontro. Prenotate solo se siete di passaggio, non per farvi la vacanza, secondo me.

Nil, In photo property looked nothing as advertised. Very depressing . Would have walked out straight away only it was very hot and being Sunday nothing was open And we were exhausted.

You could smell soot from board up fire place.no where to place personal articles.bath was standing room only very steep and high unable to shower sat on edge of bath to shower no window in bedroom No handle on front door .dirty old sheer curtain hanging on floor .no kettle ,small coffee pot with broken lid

The studio room was basic but clean , easy to find and close to the supermarket, bus stop to Verona and Pescantina town centre. The delightful Alicia, the host, made sure that I was satisfied with the room and greeted me with some Nespole from the tree on the property. An electric caffettiera, coffee and sugar were provided. If all this wasn’t enough, on the day of my departure she even offered to drive me to Verona train station as it was on her way to work. We stopped at a café for breakfast and she was lovely enough to pay for my espresso. If you are ever in the area and traveling on a budget you should check this place out. Staying at B&B Corte La Nespola was an absolute highlight during the motorcycle tour I did with my boyfriend. Alicia is a welcoming hostess and talented multilingual translator, who quickly helped us replace a punctured tyre on my partner's bike. She also gave fantastic advice of the best places to wine, dine and sight see in the area, which made our stay very rememberable. I enjoyed the accommodation, which was relaxed and had lots of character, and look forward to visiting again.
