This was a memorable place to stay at with family. Rooms were very big and tons of space for the kids to play and run around. Pool was amazing and stayed heated the whole time. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the views from the back were amazing. Definitely recommended if you want a quiet getaway from the big city of Orlando but be nearby. Only thing that we had issues with was the gameroom, its in the garage area and it was not well ventilated. It did get pretty hot in there. Also, one of the rules was to keep the ac levels at 74°F at all times. Other than that, this is the number one place to go for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed the stay. The house is a great size and the outdoor area is wonderful! Working with the property manager was great. Only a couple of things... the carpet had lots of stains and were quite dirty. Also, coming in at night was very confusing to finding the front entrance to Providence. I would suggest giving the address of checking in at security gate from hwy 17/92 Providence Blvd. We entered the home address which brought us to the incorrect entrance which was confusing. Overall, a great stay!

This was our second visit to this beautiful home and we look forward to returning again soon. The house is exactly as described, well maintained and in a lovely gated community with various amenities. The management company were very helpful and excellent to deal with. Our stay here was wonderful! The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate all 9 people and still gives you spaces for privacy without feeling overcrowded. It is a big home with ample space to spread out and be comfortable.
Although we did have a few issues after check-in (pool heater not on, a few tv's not working) those issues were resolved quickly and the level of communication was very responsive. They even called several times to check on our stay. We would highly recommend this place again!

Everything was great overall! Everyone enjoyed the stay and the home. The pool was a hit with the kids. We used the grill multiple times. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only three things I would critique were the shower heads not spraying well, there were no cookie sheets/trays, and there was what looked like dog hair everywhere.
Honestly, other than that, everything was good to go, access to the property was smooth, and everyone truly enjoyed the home.

It’s a home away from home. This house was extremely clean, comfortable beds and couches. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that’s needed to cook meals every night. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The pool and patio area was so relaxing.

The our favorite part of this house were the lakes behind the house. We saw alligators, cranes, herons, & turtles daily. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the community pool as well as the pool at the house.

Very very very kid friendly.. my son and I enjoyed the pool side all day with a beautiful view and different animals right across the lake. We saw otters, turtles, and different species of birds! The nature walk is a must and you must check out the resort amenities.

Perfect for large families
We stayed two weeks in this home. The home is beautiful and clean and the heated pool was wonderful. There is a Publix nearby and there are other grocery stores in the area. We found a few good restaurants nearby; Manny's Original Chophouse and Davenport Diner for breakfast and lunch. Would surely like to visit again.

We stayed for two weeks and the place was super clean, modern, hot tub and pool were very fantastic. Customer service from Ellis Exclusive Villas was extremely nice and cool. Clubhouse was good and grocery stores close by. We would love to stay here again and again.

What a GEM of a find!
The house is professionally decorated, spacious and very clean. The property manager even set up a Christmas tree for us. The pool area gets the sun all day and the home comes with plenty of outdoor furniture that is very comfortable.

All the space you need
We had 3 families doing the Flordia amusement park vacation. This house was a perfect location to all the parks and shopping. It is very spacious with tons of entertainment if you plan for a day in. The pool and game room were great for the kids and adults to use. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. It was a beautiful getaway. The location is amazing especially amidst the golf course. The house is beautiful and was very clean. The pool and spa were the highlight, our group enjoyed it the most. There were more than enough towels, dishes etc Lisa was very helpful throughout the stay. We will be back another time for sure

Really nice villa, with good outside space and perfect for a family break. Location of Providence was a bit further from theme parks than we had realised. One negative was the gate entry process, with often delays. It would help if visitors, once logged in, could have access to the residents entry gate as gate delays were irritating.

This home exceeded all of our expectations, the home and property was very clean and beautifully maintained and decorated. Loved how the layout of the complex gave the feeling of privacy while still being only a short drive from restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. LOVE THIS HOME!
I don't know where to start, the home was beautiful inside and out. It was a bit hard to find on our first day but once we knew where it was we had no other problems. The weather had messed up the Wi-Fi but once Sonya showed up and figured out the problem we had no other problems. The kids loved the pool so much we had a hard time keeping them out. The air hockey,foosball, pool tables also got a work out I have nothing really bad to say about this home it was an amazing stay.
