such a lovely villa, pool is amazing and it is beautiful inside and out.
It can be hard to get taxis from the villa and is quiet a walk from shops etc.

The villa was stunning. The location was perfect. It was relatively close to a supermarket but far enough away to maintain its rural feel. The pool was amazing!
Problem with ants. Not enough towels. There was no hot water on first night of stay. This was however, rectified the very next day. Instructions for use of air con would have been helpful (for those less technically minded). A sharp corner on one of the cupboards over the washing up area, caused injury to one of the guests. Perhaps this could be looked at and either rounded off or taped?

Great Villa with an amazing outdoor area. Supermarkets are within walking distance and a great restaurant/bar called Social Point is a 7min walk away. Nico (the host/owner) was very attentive to all our enquiries and would definitely stop again.
Although the Villa is close to Ibiza Town and local supermarkets, you really need to hire a car. For some reason, taxi's can't seem to find the Villa, however, if you download the the taxi app TAXICLICK (Spanish version of Uber) you will be able to get taxi's. If you are unable to do that, Nico is happy to order the taxi's for you.

Great villa with amazing facilities (pool, bbq, outdoor seating). Good location. Easy to arrange check-in / check-out and host was very responsive to questions / queries. Would recommend!
