My family and I are so happy we choice this property. The house is in a nice area and close to everything. The house was the perfect size for a family of four and plenty of yard space of dogs. Can’t wait to book another trip.

Nice property- great location! House was clean - plenty of towels and amenities. My second time to stay here and would stay here again. Sofas and beds are not the most comfortable, but overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable cottage in great location. I like almost everything about the place. Just one of the beds was very firm and a bit too high for my parents to use. Fortunatly the other bed is lower and softer so parents stayed in that room. I didn't even think to ask about height of beds. So peaceful to sit on the back porch at night. Would stay there again.

The property is in the perfect location. From the back porch deck you can see straight to the boat harbor with no obstruction. Many great restaurants in very short walking distance. Public fishing pier is also short distance. My stay was 7 days & 6 nights. My only suggestion is more wash clothes, hand towels & kitchen towels for long staying guests, other than that it was perfect!!!

Great location! Easy walking to restaurants and also one block to run/walk along the Ocean. Beautiful view - I loved sitting on back porch with my cup of coffee and a book. This home lacked for nothing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is great food and shopping right across the street. We loved the porches and view of the bay. We will be back!!

This is an old quaint house with lots of character. Large yard and convenient to walk to pier and local restaurants and bars.

House and location was perfect for family and pets. Several good restaurants in walking distance were dog friendly…gave the dogs time out of the house and time to be with family. Fenced in yard and porch also a big plus for dogs. House perfect for small family - all amenities included - did not want for anything more. Truly enjoyed our time and decided to book for next year!

This house is old and has so much character. The ac is awesome! The porches are nice as we sat on the every night. The yard is awe me and this place was perfect for our needs.

Location was great and the house was comfortable. Fishing was great and the water and fishing pier along with several restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Will likely return next year. I wish it was noted that there was no washer/dryer, but to be fair they never listed it had one. I did not pack enough, but it gave my wife a reason to do more shopping. Haha

This house was great. Older but well maintained. The yard was beautiful and everything was well cared for and well stocked. What really made it great though was the location. It's half a block to a gift shop, and 2 blocks from some great restaurants, a boat ramp, and the fishing pier. The only thing my family and I really missed having was a washer and dryer. I definitely recommend it and would stay again without hesitation.

The location is great. Nice bars with live music and restaurants with in walking distance. The home is clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for our pups. Would definitely stay there again.

We have been to this house several times and will definitely be back again. It is immaculately clean, very comfortable and conveniently located. The bed is so comfortable. We are considering buying the same for home. But best of all is the back porch. We used to spend the whole day at the beach and while we still enjoy time there, we really look forward to getting back to the porch. If you want to relax, this is the place for you.

Short walk to Fulton Pier, restaurants and shops. Nice clean home and shady patio.

First let me say my review sounds more like a 3, but we rate it a 4 and if the issues we had are resolved we would give it a 5. The location, size, and bed comfort was great for a cottage that isn't right on the water or have a view. Everything you need is close including Shopping, places to eat, fishing bait, amd safe places to walk. There are things need attending to; the sand fleas are BAD. The yard and home need to be treated with sevin dust and a bug bomb as they are in the yard, furniture and rugs. This definitely need to be resolved. We didn't bring our pets and glad we didn't as it would be bad for them and for us because of the fleas and the fenced yard while very big has some areas where a dog could easily escape. The front and back door locks stick a lot. Okay now that is out of rhe way let me get to the good stuff. The location is PERFECT you are close to the fishing piers places to shop. eat, walk, very safe and even with bands playing at Moon Dog on the weekend it wasn't loud. The Master bed is very comfortable. the sheets and pillows need replacing due to some very minor permanant stains. The home was comfortable and clean, all TVs and appliances work and were clean. If you don't like Roku TV that may take getting used to but who comes to the coast to watch TV??? There is a hose outside to wash off equipment after fishing and for cleaning fish if you don't take them home to clean in a cooler. The next door neighbors are very nice too. We spoke to them several times. Shower was hot. Soap, towels all good. Expect an older cottage in the PERFECT location. It's like renting a friend's older place or borrowing a relatives cottage near the water. It feels lived in, do not expect hotel amenities, we bought our food, cooked our own meals and followed the rules for care and clean up. Take care of the minor issues I mentioned and we would stay again. The price was excellent and we do feel like we got value for our money.

We only had time for a quick getaway...On the back porch you can see the water. Made for great sunrise and sunsets. The shops and restaurants are only a block away. People were very friendly!

Easy in. Easy out. Great place to stay.

The house is as described and is literally 1/2 block from the bay and restaurants. There are also walking paths, picnic tables and a playground for children within walking distance. It is one of the most convenient "stays" we have had, which makes it nice to go out in the morning and return then go out in the afternoon and return. At night you can eat out and listen to music--all within walking distance. The house has a full kitchen, if you decide to cook.
