Super clean hotel, well equipped, spacious rooms. Close to train station and to the city centre. Nice staff.

Good location - close to town centre and station. Comfortable room. Helpful staff - assisted with my journey to the bus station when we couldn't get a cab.

Hotel bar not open weekdays. Continuous buzzing sound in room from electrical panel.

Everything was perfect, the room was nice, we enjoyed the hotel wellness. I would like to highlight the reception service - we haven't met such a nice and kind receptionist in a long time... Well done, girl! :-)

The only we liked was the location; and easy parking ... everything else was more of a disappointment.

Couple hours before free cancellation period was over we were told by the hotel that there won't be any breakfast and that they will subtract 100czk a night per person ... on a 2700czk/night rate. What a joke. Certainly not a 4 star hotel. Reception closes at 8:30pm, terrible smell of a burnt oil from the restaurant all over the place mixed with cigarette smoke of the restaurant staff. Overheated room, however no temperature control and you can't open the window as you are immediately above the kitchen. Major spiderwebs in the corners... wellness was more like moldness. Certainly not a 4* hotel and certainly not a value for money.

Location is good. Close to everything in Trebon.

No air conditioning. In 32+C heat was impossible to sleep even with opened window. Breakfast was fair.
