This is our fourth stay in the same condo. Our family always has a great time. Condo is nice and beach is not crowded. Our ONLY issue has been other guests not following the rules regarding smoking in designated areas only. Each night when we try to enjoy our patio there are guests smoking on their patios.

This place was perfect. If looking for a clean, comfortable out standing view of the ocean this is the place to stay. We will be booking here again as I have been to a few places on A1A and this is our favorite. 👍

When you walk in door and see the ocean you say wow!
The place was very clean all appliances were clean and you were able to cook without worrying.
The pool was always clean. And the beach is right here. So you could pick which ever you want.
We did not want to leave.

This was our first stay in Satellite Beach and our first stay in a condo. It was a really good experience and it made the stay super enjoyable. It’s a beautiful room and the owners provide you with so much to make the stay enjoyable. The communication was excellent. I would stay here again!

Properties since 2010 and they only get better. They update regularly and the condos are always clean and ready to use. They also supply beach gear and cooking items for use while staying. Won't stay anywhere else. Great locations great condos!

We stayed for one week with the family and the only bad thing was that we had to go home. This is perfect location, view is stunning, and property manager is best in the business. We used to stay elsewhere every year and now we will only be staying here for years to come.

The unit was perfect for us. So much so that we booked again for next year. It was incredibly clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. A quiet building overall and everyone is very friendly. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the response we got was quick and efficient. Everything you could want to do be it golf or great restaurants are all within 15-20 minutes away. It was great walking the beach daily and seeing all the surfers out in the ocean. Beautiful sunrises in the morning.

Highly recommended. My family has enjoyed multiple stays with this club. Facilities are up to date and clean. Access to amenities is easy and never crowded. Staff is accommodating. A quiet and relaxing place to visit. We'll return again in the future!

Florida Vacay
We loved staying in this condo! It had everything we needed and the decor was updated and clean. The beach chairs and Boogie Boards were in good shape; not tattered or broken. Beautiful ocean view and we really appreciated the Property Manager checking in with us after arrival to make sure we were happy! 😊

Excellent Condo
We had a fantastic time on our stay. This condo was very nice and clean. Zareh was so nice in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and respond quickly. They even brought us new frying pans whereas the ones there were scratched up. The views were amazing from this condo and easy access to everything. Grocery store was pretty much right across the street which was awesome. The condo was up to date and TVs were a nice size. Balcony was a good size too and we enjoyed watching the sunrises. Thank you!

Beautiful condo
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at PBC. The living areas are spacious, balcony's are private, and the views are breathtaking. The condos are updated and very clean. We've been visiting PBC for the last 25 years and will continue to do so for many many more.

Needs a deep cleaning
Needed dusting, woodwork was very dirty. Toilet paper holder falling off the main bathroom. Pendants over counter needed cleaning. Hair on the floor in n master bedroom. Floor in entire unit dirty and sandy. Could not recommend.

Nice and convenient place!
Very convenient to many things. Our extended family rented 4 other units in same building for Thanksgiving. There was a little bit of construction but the manager let us know about it and kept in contact with progress. Apartment was updated and clean. We’ll stay again!

Gorgeous views and an almost private beach!
This place is amazing! Small condo building located ON the beach! The views from our patio were stunning, especially given that we had a Full Blue Moon the entire weekend. When sitting out on the patio I felt like I was on top of the ocean - just amazing. The unit is spacious and well equipped with everything you need for the beach. We didn't need to use any of the beach stuff in the unit since we had our own but what they had seemed ample. The unit is located within close distance to all sorts of restaurants, grocery, etc. All in all a wonderful experience!

110 Awesome condo!
We had a great stay at Paradise Beach Club. We originally were supposed to stay in a fourth floor condo, but after realizing the second bedroom had two twins we needed to switch to a different condo that had a larger bed. The office handling the rentals made the switch a breeze and everything was ready for us at check in. Condo 110 was not only spotless and roomy the views were hard to beat!! Great views from master, living room and patio. Super close to the pool and beach access. We brought our two dogs with us and they enjoyed the two dog parks on the property. Very convenient. The only downside to the condo was the extra bedroom didn’t have a tv on it which I thought was strange. I would definitely book with this company and condo again!

Wonderful ocean view!
The view is worth it! We spent most of our time on the balcony watching sunrises and different wild life including dolphins and lots of sea turtles! The beach and pool combo couldn’t be more convenient. And the dog park was such a great add on to the many outdoor perks this condo gave. But I have to say cleanliness wasn’t the best upon arrival a few minor things that caught our eye. And the balcony door is extremely heavy so we definitely had some difficulties opening and closing. But we would definitely rent again wonderful location! Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful!
Drew and Emma were very responsive and the unit was great ! We were close to the grocery , restaurants and many good walking areas . Despite Covid we couldn’t have asked for more. The unit was very clean and spacious .I would definitely refer my friends and family.

Paradise
Loved this place!! The condo had everything you needed for cooking, and cleaning. There were chairs, an umbrella, boggy boards and beach towels everything you needed for the beach. Publix grocery, Pizza Hut, and Dunkin Donuts across the street. And the most important thing was they allow pets!!! Had issues with main bedroom television, contacted Drew and it was corrected in a timely manner. Looking out on the ocean and hearing the waves roll in was just Paradise to me! My family and I will be back again!!!

Vacation to Melbourne
We went down to Melbourne for a vacation and also visit our son who lives there. Everything was fantastic and exactly as described. Drew was always available for any questions. Check in and out was easy. Location was great. Very low key part of the beach with mostly families. So very quiet and relaxing. But easily accessible to restaurants and shopping - Publix was right across the street. Would rent again.

Another excellent stay at Paradise Beach Club
Our fifth time staying at PBC and each time gets better. First time renting thru the Stay At Cocoa family and it was a great experience, and we will rent from them again. They provide lots of great info ahead of your stay and are super easy to communicate with online.
The condo was as advertised and then some. We were able to make it our home away from home.

Great facilities. Love the location, with stores & restaurants nearby, without the big crowds of the more popular beaches.
Convenient check-in and key code doors allow you to walk the beach or fo to the pool without carrying a key.
Nice friendly folks.....onsite managers as well as guests.
Huge room with plenty of space and great views. Dog friendly. We took our lap dog this year. Nice little fenced in areas for dogs.
Room was super clean when we arrived and fully stocked with everything we needed except for groceries.
Only reason for 4 instead of 5 overall stars this year, was because of tropcal storm Humberto, installation of new pavers going on (which will only make it better next time), and a few tiny issues (which could have been storm related), but did not really affect our pleasant stay.
We love it here and are already looking at dates for next year.
PS.....speaking to Locals, the time after Labor Day and mid October is the slow time here. Not many school aged children in the pool, but this is the time that businesses are renovating or operating short staff. Not normally a problem, but there is the possibility of a little construction noise and/or dust. Other than that.....September may be our new time of year for Satellite Beach.

Great vacation, we will go again.
The view was amazing, beach so close. Pool was clean /refreshing . Bed /pillows clean , very comfortable. We took our dog too. We will go again. Short drive to Kennedy Space center, and Dinosaur museum was awesome. Thks Drew.

Wonderful Property
My husband and I are lifelong Floridians and live in west central Florida, we have always went to the west coast for saltwater fishing and beaches, but wanted to try something new and go east. The Paradise Beach Club did not disappoint! Our room was immaculate and well stocked, and the views of the seemingly private beach from our room were breathtaking. Drew kept communication with us and always responded within 5 minutes or less. PBC is our new favorite place.

Quiet and relaxing stay!
From start to finish we had a great stay. The local restaurants had great food. Great location to the space center. Quiet beach with so few people it almost felt like our own private beach at times. Great communication with the property manager who checked to make sure everything was going well as we arrived and departed. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend staying in this unit!
