A spacious and clean kitchen, the bathroom was perfectly clean. The WhatsApp number was always available for any question and responded within a few minutes.

It was dirty under the toilet lid. The oven did not work, which is extremely inconvenient if you come for a few days.

I was very satisfied with this accommodation, especially in terms of space, location and price. The flat is right in the centre of Córdoba, in an elegant building that combines modern technology with architecture and furnishings from a few years ago. I felt at home in a comfortable and cosy environment, slept and stayed very well and enjoyed the positive aspects that this lovely city has to offer. Great credit to those who work with such competence and dedication in the local accommodation businesses, because they attract tourists where they are needed and where they can find excellent hospitality. So it happened to me, I was heading to Malaga but the prices were too high and decided to spend in Córdoba some of the days I was planning to stay in Malaga. I think I will be back in the future during my visits to Andalusia, and I will spend good words for anyone who wants to visit this lovely part of Spain.

The room was nice. There was a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, which were nice to have access to. The kitchen had a large refrigerator and cabinets marked for each room.

There was a single bathroom shared by five rooms, which meant that there were frequently times the bathroom was occupied and thus unavailable. Having two bathrooms would have been much more comfortable. The kitchen was nice but sparse. There were a couple of skillets, basic dishes (plates, silverware, cups), and some cooking utensils. There was an oven but no baking pans. There were very few containers to store food in.

1 combined toilet and shower for 5 bedrooms!! Very noisy area, could not sleep with windows open. No staff, only whats app. Bikes in the sitting room. Very tiny rooms. I found it no value for my money.

IN KITCHEN. NO Electric kettle! Better crockery cutlery, eg. mugs and glasses for drinks in the kitchen, plates etc would have made our self catering experience better. Toaster not functioning. Did not meet any staff member on site to discuss issues.

After being in the mountains for couple of days, I don't have the high expectations about the room, I just want the warm shower. But apparently it is not something that you can receive in this place. The water was super cold, the shower and toilet dirty. Unfortunately, I used one towel and them noticed that it is dirty. Horrible. In the room it was the smell of the old sausage. The entrance door to the apartment is very hard to open in the beggening, when you don't know which key to use and that you need to do it in a particular way, otherwise the key is turning all around and there is nobody to help, as it is self-check in, so you feel like an idiot with 3 keys, trying them and turning around

Hi all. I liked everything, very good location of the apartment. Inside the apartment itself, everything is beautiful, repair, furniture, appliances, hygiene items, everything is fine. everything is clean, everything is cleaned everywhere, everything is modern. I am very grateful to the owner and I am glad that I used the services of this apartment.

Very hard to find and didn't get instructions before I arrived. Room was on a busy street and I had to use earplugs. The shared bathroom initially had no toilet paper even after asking. The shower setup was rather poor.

They should change the description of the house and add “shared apartment with 5 rooms” so it is clearer for group travellers. The lack of cleanliness. We were three couples and none of the three rooms was clean, everything was dusty and we still wonder about the 10€ euro cleaning fee that they are asking for (!)not to mention the shared bathroom… for 10 people, the toilet paper should have been much more. The kitchen very old and dirty, you can barely cook or have breakfast there. Besides, some of the towels had a strange smell… Old facilities, which don’t make your stay comfortable. By drawing the curtain, the curtain pole fell on the head of one of us…

Excellent location. I had a large room with a large private bathroom. A basic breakfast was provided although it wasn't advertised as included.

I had some difficulty finding it at first. The really helpful description with pictures could have been sent earlier. There were some minor problems in the bathroom but it was very good for the price.
