Unit # 120 es una unidad FRENTE AL MAR en planta baja que permite un acceso muy rápido y fácil a la playa. This place was perfect for our Maui adventures. With its location just outside of Kihe, we felt like we could get around the island without too much driving. The condo’s exterior is beautiful and well maintained. Gary was available anytime we needed him or we were able to contact Maui Condo and Home Agency. The condo is perfect for two people and had anything and everything you needed. Big bonus was the patio that gave us access to the beach within seconds!

This condo was perfect! We had our 2 year old and 5 year old with us and the pull out couch worked great for them. Being on the ground floor was so convenient for accessing the beach and pool. Sugar Beach is a great walking beach but we also swam right in front of the condo quite a bit. The view from the condo was amazing, so close to the beach, and so relaxing. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for our 25 year anniversary as we enjoyed Maui for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed the condo and everything was as listed in VRBO. Having the washer and dryer sure makes it nice as we were able to pack light for 2 weeks. The beach is very nice. Went for walks every day. We took advantage of the little bakery not too far down the beach and got our share of banana bread and scones!!
Gary was great to book with and everything went perfectly smooth. I would recommend this condo to any couple planning their trip to Maui! You’ll love it and the location puts you right in the middle of Maui so it’s very easy to get where you want to go.

Great place, it had everything we needed from cooking to boogie boards and chairs. Awesome views for sunrise, sunset and any time of day. The location was clean, safe and fun for all ages.
The beach photos are accurate - small beach that is kind of sandy. It was not super busy. The only downfall was the runoff from storms, the water was murky in Dec. and had a lot of small bark / chunks of soil and dirt, so it was hard to enjoy the beach right outside the condo for most of the days. Many great beaches were within a short drive, so we did that.

Unit was clean and very well equipped. Amazing location on beach and central to all activities. Beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, coolers, beach towels, all provided!

Amazing Hosts and Condo!
Gary was super helpful and informative right from the beginning! My mother in law and I as well as my 4 month old son booked a trip last minute while my husband was overseas. They accomadated us so kindly! When we arrived, the condo was very clean and you are immediately welcomed by the sound of the amazing waves just right outside the screen door. I loved all the aloha decor and special touches which made it feel so much like home! Everything was well stocked. We enjoyed sunsets on the lanai, beach walks, and meeting the other sweet guests staying at the sugar resort. My son took the best naps here listening to the waves! He loved this condo as much as we did!
Thanks again Gary and Kara! This trip was much needed for us! This condo is the best for exploring the island great location with the best sushi options close by :)

love Sugar Beach and so happy to come back after Covid. The unit was beautifully appointed and quality throughout. although the check in procedure was a bit confusing it all worked out. the state of Hawaii’s rules were followed but the way to find out the good to go checkmark was not easy for older people to get through.

A Wonderful Experience
We loved staying at the condo. The location was perfect and we enjoyed being able to walk right out the lanai doors to the beach/ocean right in front of us for swimming, snorkeling, or just a quiet walk together.
The condo was well stocked with everything we'd need for our much-needed holiday. Gary is a wonderful host and I can't say enough good things about how it was working with him to arrange our stay. We'll definitely be back :)

AWESOME! Sugar Beach
Had everything we needed including view of the ocean and the sound of the crashing wave. Being on the 1st floor, 20steps to the beach and 40steps to the pool is AWESOME! The owner and mgmt team is excellent to. We will definitely come back to this place when we come back to Maui.

The condo was amazing and just steps away from the beach. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly imagine needing and then some. At one point we went to the store to pick up some packaging tape, only to come back and open a drawer to find there was already some waiting for us! We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the lanai every day, and were so happy that we decided to stay in this section of Kihei and avoid some of the more crowded resort areas. It often felt like we had our own private beach to ourselves (with the exception of the friendly sea turtle who would hang out right off the shore). We definitely recommend this place!

The condo was amazing and just steps away from the beach. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly imagine needing and then some. At one point we went to the store to pick up some packaging tape, only to come back and open a drawer to find there was already some waiting for us!
We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the lanai every day, and were so happy that we decided to stay in this section of Kihei and avoid some of the more crowded resort areas. It often felt like we had our own private beach to ourselves (with the exception of the friendly sea turtle who would hang out right off the shore).
We definitely recommend this place!

Family Trip
The view is amazing- and the location is spectacular if you are wanting to get out and explore. Seriously- 30 steps to the beach! It's on the edge of Kihei so you can get to the busy areas if you want, but the condo is away from the hustle. And if you are wanting to drive to Hana, Haleakala or Lahaina, the highway is right there and it takes no time to get out of town. We went in early March and we saw hundreds of whales jumping and playing the water just from the patio. And, the owners provide tons of extras- like a cooler, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella- and the condo is well furnished for cooking. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. We'd stay here again for certain!

Our Kihei stay
The view of the ocean was wonderful. We saw whales each day. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The property was well supplied (kitchen, outdoor chairs, towels, etc.). It can get a bit windy, but it wasn't a problem for us. If you are looking for a traditional resort environment this may not be the place for you. We would definitely recommend this property. We had an amazing time.

Beachfront Bliss
This condo was perfect for us. Just the 2 of us for a week and we loved it. The condo is small but just the right size for us. It is modern, all the amenities we needed, and the Maui decor made us feel right at home. The location on Sugar Beach was perfect for calm morning ocean swimming, within 20 minutes of any type of beach or restaurant you desire, and a quiet peaceful property. Mostly adults so it suited us well.

Excellent location, place, and stay
We were so so so lucky to snag this room in Kihei! The location is excellent! It was really close to everything; shops, restaurants, beach, the main drag a couple of streetlights away. It is just in the perfect location! The locals live there for a reason!
The view was excellent for sunrises and sunsets, you're on the first floor and it is just 12 steps away from the ocean from the back door! Who could ask for anything more? Even the Ritz doesn't have that beat! The sunrises were so beautiful, we got up every morning on vacation to see them, that is how nice they were.
And the ocean! OMG! The Ocean! We searched all over the island for a good swimmable beach but we couldn't find a better beach then Sugar Beach! It is quiet, warm and swimmable and perfect for snorkeling. And the view from the ocean is excellent! There are mountains looming in the distance and it is so romantic!
The cleanliness of the room was superb! It looked, smelled and felt really nice. And it had all the amenities you'd ever need! It has beach chairs, beach towels, body board, iron, washing/dryer machine, 2 televisions, cooking utensils. Sugar? Coffee? Water? Eggs? YES!!! You need it, it's already been thought of and ready for you! Over there at the Westin beach chairs cost $25 per day!!!! So the amenities were really nice to have.
The bathroom had a really cool glass wall, you could hear stuff through there, but overall it was no problem. Just have your partner step outside on the patio for a few minutes and everything would be fine.
The parking lot is just outside and you don't have to walk far to your room from it which was really nice. And there are flowers everywhere outside! It was just perfect.
Watch the Youtube video, it really helps. We were so lucky that this place was available for our stay in Maui. This was just an excellent place and I would highly recommended it. I'm coming back as soon as I can.

Condo #120 is perfect in all respects. Beautiful, well-appointed, and very comfortable amenities enhance the biggest asset for us: easy access to the beach. The owners were very responsive to everything we needed to know.

Incredible experience, amazing location, beautiful condo!
My family had a wonderful stay at the Moore's condo on Sugar Beach! It was the perfect set up for a family with a baby! The sliding glass doors on the first level opened up to a patch of gorgeous grass and then the crashing waves of the aquamarine Pacific ocean. Magic! The condo was stocked with all of the right kitchen tools and equipment. Great layout. Comfortable pull out sofa for a good night's sleep. Communications with the host and the management company was seamless. We had everything that we needed at our fingertips. Would HIGHLY recommend to any young families who are travelling with a baby. While the baby naps, you can catch the rays and have a quick dip in the ocean!

THE BEST place to stay in Maui!!
I wish I could give this condo a higher ranking then 5 stars!! It was everything we wanted, everything we needed to help make our Maui vacation INCREDIBLE!! We came to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday, and all of our birthdays. This was the first time he and I have been back since 2008, and it was our boys' first time. AJ and Benny are 13 and 9, and they stayed on the pull out sofa bed...it was so comfortable! The day we left, I read in the condo journal it was new, it is the MOST comfortable one I've ever been on! Getting a ground level, beachfront condo was absolutely the right choice for us!! BBQ right around the corner (we cooked all our dinners but 2), and all our other meals as well. The beach paraphernalia was so great, we used it all! We packed the cooler with our lunch, brought drinks and ice in the other backpack cooler. Used the umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards. I even got on the boogie board, Keawakapu Beach in S Kihei/Wailea is a hidden treasure! We had a sea turtle swim right up to us!! I recommend Hawaiian Paddle Sports for surf lessons, our instructor Billy was so great with the boys!! We celebrated Jim's big night at the Old Lahaina Luau...the very best I've ever been to!! We went to quite a few beaches and did several excursions, but spent quite a bit of time at "our beach" right out front too! It is so valuable to be able to walk steps out and sit on the beach, snorkel, play in the water or sand, especially with kids! We snorkeled a few times and Sugar Beach is great for learning how! Having the grass and lanai to relax and watch the incredible sunsets was so Amazing as well!! I posted so many beautiful pics, we have inspired many many people and families we know to plan a trip, and all of them want to stay here!! Other pluses...parking was always easy to find and so close to front door of condo, washer/dryer was convenient and utilized, bathroom shower was perfect...love the pebble floor and open shower! We plan on trying to design something similar for our master bath when we remodel! Kitchen was great! View, ocean sounds, and watching the boys play while I prepared dinner was awesome. Bose blue tooth stereo with my Pandora Jimmy Buffet and Hawaiian music was great. We are already planning our next trip... was going to be in 4 yrs for my 50, but now it may have to be in 2 yrs or SOONER, if we can swing it!!! Sugar Beach is my Happy Place
We rented 3 units for a family vacation. My son and his family enjoyed being on the first floor in #120 for the access to the beach. The condo has been updated with really nice touches. You can tell that a family enjoys their time there and we're thankful they share it with others. Sugar Beach condos are the only place to stay on Maui. The location is great. The beach is great for long walks and for playing in the sand. And the water is calm enough for kids and stand-up paddle boarding, but kicks up enough in the afternoons for boogy boards. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Two other couples stayed in the same complex. Our condo was far superior in quality and equipement.
Had all the furnishings and creature comforts of home. The condos my friends stayed in did not have simple kitchen utensils!

Better than Pictures!
This condo was everything and more! It is in a great central location and we loved Kehei! Kehie is a great town with everything you need, you can walk to the farmers market and get fresh fruit, the beach is literally footsteps from the door. Listen to the waves all day long.
The house itself is fully stocked with everything you need. It is well cared for and is tastefully updated and decorated.

Thank you Gary and Kara Moore! We had an absolute blast at your condo. It was awesome! The location (beachfront), the cleanliness of the condo, the beautiful wall fixtures! We definitely would recommend this condo! We could actually see Honu in the ocean from our front porch. Thank you again for everything, We definitely plan to come back!
