We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and kitchen well stocked; bathrooms were clean. Nice outdoor seating area both on porch and below house. Easy 10 min walk to beach, market and shops. Susan was wonderful to work with and very responsive.

This was our second time staying at this house. The owners take great care of the home, it was clean both times we’ve stayed here, great location, and so much is provided which makes everything so convenient. All the shops and the pier are a short walk away so there’s lots to do in addition to the ocean. We’ll definitely be back!

Memorial Day 2022
This was our first time in Sunset Beach and it was great. We loved the house and the convenient location of everything. My nieces 5 and 3 had a blast and I think we found our new beach to continue our Memorial Day beach tradition. 5 stars.

Close to the beach
This house was super close to the beach and provided us with needed beach equipment like chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella, and toys/sand castle toys/boogie boards.

Home away from home
Property was spacious, high end appliances, had everything we needed. Loved the front porch with rockers and the family entertainment underneath the house. Location was great.

Beach Happiness
The house is great, clean and so close to the beach it was perfect. We were disappointed that the photos on this ad are old. The Widow's walk has been completely removed, which was part of our reason for selecting this house. Also the back area no longer has a marsh area, but 4 new homes with pools that back up to the property. Otherwise it was great, all our children got their own rooms, and we were so close to the beach.

This house was only a short walk to the beach. There was lots of outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. The kitchen was stocked with lots of pots and pans. The oven/stove cooked great! We cooked almost every meal at the house so having good pots, pans and adequate tools for cooking was important to us. The beds were comfortable. The sheets/blankets were clean and placed on each bed. The living room furniture needs updating, if wasn’t comfortable to sit on. Overall, this was a great house!FYI, if you’re going there now or in the next month you will get eaten alive by mosquitos. There’s no amount of bug spray or citronella candles that will save you!

Our new go to spot
We had an amazing time. The place was perfect for a our friend group. Susan was the absolute best host I’ve encountered. Beach access is less than a 5 minute stroll. Same for the shops. We can’t wait for our next stay.

Excellent Family Getaway
Excellent family getaway! I really can’t say anything bad about our stay. House is 1 block from the beach entrance, complete with all furnishings to make you feel like you are at home. Definitely can’t wait to come back.

Much needed rest!
This property is conveniently located withing walking distance to the pier and local shops. This is the first place we've ever stayed that we saw NO bugs inside the house!

Short Vacation with my Family
I took my family on a short vacation to see my daughter, who is in school nearby at UNCW. The house was perfect for our trip. The rooms were clean, and the house is so up to date. It is a close walk to the beach, and we enjoyed the quiet serenity it provided. I would gladly stay there again.

Home away from home
We had another wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend. Perfect for boys who like WiFi and to walk to get a daily snow cone or ice cream. I read 4 books either on the porch or while gazing at the stars on the upper deck. I call that perfection!

Summer vacay
This was definitely home away from home!! Beautiful inside beach decor, convenient walk to beach and pier, great outdoor sitting area, quiet and pleasant, perfect for a little rest and relaxation. Owner was nice and easy to communicate with, looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful Sunset Beach Vacation
The property was a short walk to the beach and the supplied beach carts were a great plus! The house was stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great. You can tell the property owners take great pride in the home. Check in and check out was easy. The property owners were very responsive. Our grandkids loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely come back to Sunset Beach and have another stay at The Graham Sport!

Excellent location, clean beach get away!
This house was clean, comfy and located close walk to beach, Main Street and bridge. Had most of what you could need while away with the family for a week or long weekend. Recently upgraded kitchen appliances and countertops. Bring beach towels and extra blankets but otherwise you will have everything you need for alwrfwvt stay!

Loved it!
Our family had a wonderful stay. 3 minute
walk to the ice cream shops, 5 minutes to the beach. A nice quiet, residential street. WiFi worked great which kept our kids happy. Loved the front porch and ground level outdoor seating with fans. We found everything we needed inside. Everyone slept well and found their beds comfortable. An oversized washer and dryer were a bonus. One level living was easy and convenient. Friendly owners.

Loved Sunset Beach!
Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Graham Sporting Goods beach house! We loved the location! You could walk to the beach in no time! Loved the porches AND the swing and patio furniture under the main house! This was our 1st time staying at Sunset Beach and we'll be back! Love that the beach has not been commercialized! Just a short drive to restaurants and other stores!
