Good vacation. A few (very) minor issues, but Kimberlee was very responsive and hospitable.

My husband and I stayed at the studio / suite for 2 nights to explore Princeville and Hanalei. Nice condo development; the foliage and landscaping is so pretty. The unit itself is up a steep flight of narrow stairs. We have no mobility issues, but had large suitcases due to being on the islands for several weeks, and struggled to lug them up and the stairs and back down for arrival / departure. Just something to note. The accommodation is very quaint -- the outdoor lanai is the best part. Indoors, it's a tight space, furniture felt too bulky for such a petite room. No kitchen other than fridge, micro, coffee pot & kettle means you won't be making meals here. There's lots of great dining out options, though. The pool area was just OK; very lackluster and filled with boisterous children. This is definitely a family-friendly property so be prepared for that. The unit backs to the main road and we heard some passing traffic noise, but it didn't keep us awake. We also encountered a few housekeeping issues with the unit but the wonderful host took care of them immediately and most graciously. Excellent communication from the host from start to finish which we greatly appreciated. We'd probably stay elsewhere next time, but that is due to our own personal preferences for more space and quiet. For a couple nights, at a great pricepoint, this is is a central, nice spot for which to explore the beautiful north coast. Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy studio in Princeville, close to Hanalei and some great hikes, beaches, and food. The AC and porch really helped, as did the convenient parking. Kitchenette was pretty bare but worked for our brief stay. I wasn't able to get the TV working but that could just be me Only other gripe is that a few things could be updated or cleaned - the shower and its curtain could use a good scrub, for example.

My wife and I had a great stay at Kimberlee’s condo. Super easy to communicate with her, the condo was neat and as described online, and it was really convenient to adventure around the north shore and have a comfy place to come back to each day. Thank you, Kimberlee!

Had a Great Time

Overall an average place to stay. Good amenities and comfortable bed. Close to Princeville and Hanalei. Couldn’t use the kitchenette and had to wash down all cups and utensils because of the many small roaches of all sizes visibly moving in and out of drawers and cupboards. We put out Hoyhoy traps and took pictures of the many roaches stuck on those traps in both kitchen and bathroom sink areas to send to the hostess. She was responsive at all emails sent and reimbursed our cost of traps. Other things that can be improved are the rusty screen and patio glass doors that were difficult to open and close. The stairs to this unit is very steep even though we are retired and physically fit. Other improvements were the dusty floors for which we had to wear our slippers at all times and the deflated sponge seats of the two rattan chairs in the unit. We liked the hostess and she was helpful!

Small unit with nice, enclosed private porch. Best for just a couple, just a fridge and microwave. Quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to Princeville shopping center.

The place was so nice. It’s in a great neighborhood and location. Kimberlee was so nice. I would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved staying at Kimberlee's place. The location was great, cleanliness was top notch, bed was super comfy, and lanai was super cozy to hang out on. Will definitely be staying here again.

Super cozy condo - perfect for a couple - a gem of a find! Great location and value. We had the best stay. The owner, Kimberlee, is also a gem of a human. Super nice and communicative, and accommodating! Fell in love with her plants and gardening around the unit. The Lani was so comfy and perfect for unwinding at the end of a busy day seeing the sites, and using all the beach gear she has available. We will be back! Hopefully, not to long. ❤️

Condo was within drivable distance to Hanalei attractions. Grocery store close by but too far to walk to. Clean. Enjoyed the lanai. King size bed comfortable. Didn't get to use the pool because of weather but hot tub was enjoyable. Assigned parking spot helpful. Would recommend if you want a modest place to stay while in Princeville.

We had a wonderful stay! This studio apartment was extremely clean, private and well situated. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit has a wonderful terrace, very private...perfect for a meal, coffee or glass of wine. It is well situated...5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the ocean....Hanalei, a quaint surf village is 10 minutes away by car. Beautiful beaches (Hanalei, Anini, Tunnels, secret beach, many others) all within 15 minutes by car (the unit also has all you need to enjoy the beach -- parasol, chairs, boogie boards, snorkle equipment, etc) Overall we were extremely satisfied.

Kimberlee’s Get Away Spot is a great place! Exactly as described! The air conditioner is top notch and cooled the place down quickly. Everything you needed was available to cook simple meals. A full size fridge was so appreciated! Kimberlee also made it possible to check in early which saved us a lot of grief! The outdoor space was super cute and comfortable! Definitely worth staying at in beautiful Princeville!!

This was a great place to stay our first time in Kauai. Perfect location, and walk to some of the best spots. Great hot tub and pool to hop in after a long day adventuring.

Kimberlee did a great job thinking of all the little details to make sure guests have what they need. Best part is the wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash, just like in a hotel. The body wash smelled so good!

We were excited to return to Kauai, last trip was in 2009. Kimberlee’s unit fit our needs exactly. We didn’t travel to Hawaii for a lot of cooking, but the kitchenette had everything we needed before heading out to enjoy the island. The venue gave us easy access to hiking and the ocean. The pool, as well as the hot tub, was very clean and well maintained. There were two new Weber grills by the pool if you wanted to cook up a meal. We enjoyed our private lanai for relaxing at the end of the day. At night the complex was very quiet, and the bed comfortable. You’ll be happy with your stay on Kauai.

Kimberlee has done a wonderful job making a small space very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The air conditioner was definitely a plus so you could sleep comfortably.

This condo is located on the north shore (Princeville). This place had all the gear you would need for a day at the beach. The condo was immaculate and organized. I recommend staying at this property if you're visiting the Princeville area.

It’s a really lovely unit, well-appointed and clean! It’s also near a road with traffic and in the middle of many apartments Almost no noise from 1am-5am but if you want to try and work, chill, sleep etc at other times, you may want to know it will be pretty loud. Some people won’t be bothered but some will.

Lovely condo in Princeville with beautiful plants. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. It was quite hot when we stayed so it’s nice to have the option of air conditioning. Close to beautiful beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Close to lots of great beaches and stores on both north and east side. Nice room with a covered patio and pool access in the neighborhood. Overall, really lovely place and would rent again.
