This condo was the perfect spot for experiencing Denver. It was close to shopping with easily accessible highways. The beds were comfortable and Kristi was super responsive and available if you needed anything.

The location was perfect- quick to some shopping and restaurants, but not too busy. Easy to get to other parts of the area. It was clean, lots of dishes/cooking equipment. A pool/hot tub is a less than a one minute walk from the unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances, parking was easy, and the location was close to major highways so taking day-trips was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Great location fir us. Clean and safe. Woukd suggest more silverware and plates as there was only a 4 piece setting. If you doubled that it woukd mean less water use in the dishwasher. Also, perhaps some additional supplies in the washer and dryer area.

Nice area. Easy access to everywhere we traveled including Denver and surrounding areas, Colorado Springs. Our host made everything easy to figure out and our room had just what we needed for cooking and taking a break in a quiet calm community setting to recharge between travel.

This property is extremely clean, well maintained, and quiet. We loved the location, and it can also be noted that we never had an issue finding a parking space. The host was very responsive and was proactive in making sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely stay here again if our daughter remains in the area!

Annual trip to the area and the second time we have stayed in Kristi's property. The property exceeded our expectation. The location was so convenient to the family member we were visiting and a great place to relax after a long day of activities. The communication with Kristi is second to none which is the reason we will continue to seek her properties when we visit.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay during the Christmas holidays. Our daughter and family are in the north end of Parker while son and his family are in the south end of Parker. We had just about anything we needed to do cooking and baking plus it was a perfect getaway from all the festivities when Grandpa and Grandma needed some peace and quiet and a good night's sleep!!!

We booked a week ahead and at the last minute our condo was changed but Kristi communicated and the new condo was exactly the same as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked as well as bathrooms. It snowed during our stay and so be aware to watch your step on icy steps. The rooms and bedding were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the proximity to family and downtown Denver. Would book again if the occasion arises. Really appreciate good hospitality and the openness to receive feedback.

This was perfect for the four of us. The communication was great and made our stay very easy and comfortable. Great location as we branched out into the surrounding areas. The trails that are close by were an added (surprise) bonus. We would definitely stay there again & would recommend it to others.

This was a perfect home base for us. We drove about an hour to Boulder and Colorado Springs. Its about 2 hours to RMNP which was amazing. If you don’t mind driving this is a great option. Condo was clean and well equipped. Pool and hot tub were a nice option as well! We would definitely recommend it.

It was very big complex, i like a place less populated. Also the apartment wasn't senior friendly, bed was very high, not too comfy, the toilets were too low, hard to get up. The high dining table was too high.
