The location of the hotel is perfect, in close proximity to the central part. They have a small private car park which was full at the time of our arrival. They moved the cars very quickly to find a place for us. We hadn't requested a baby cot, but when they saw us with a baby, they immediately prepared one for us. We brought our own and didn't use it, but the attitude of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is early (from 07:00), which satisfied us due to an early departure. Also very rich with a wide variety of products. The price-quality ratio is perfect.

The rooms are cramped, but that was to be expected for a city hotel of this type.

Hard floors in the rooms and passageways made noise an issue - no sound absorption. There was also quite a lot of street noise. Some of the bathroom fixtures were loose, and hooks were broken.

Hotel was well located as we wanted somewhere to stay after taking the 10 minute ferry crossing having visited Gallipoli and before moving on to Troy.

Hotel was rather run down and in need of maintenance. Bedroom and bathroom wallpaper was peeled, bedside light hanging off the wall and staircase banister fell off in my hand. Room was hot even though outside temperature was cold making it difficult to sleep. Daughter’s room in particular was very hot, though the very kind and helpful gentleman on reception fixed the issue by having their AC turned on.

Sound travels easily from hallway and neighbouring rooms. Some wear and tear on room furniture/fixtures (closet/bedside lamps)

Travelling with friend September 2022 Stayed there one night as a base to see Troia and Gallipoli. Walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. Amazing breakfast buffet with Turkish and other options - highly recommended. There was a lift to get to our room with luggage. The showers/ air-conditioning/wifi were all excellent. There was a functional desk, water and extra blanket provided.

Great location close to the city centre. The staff was very friendly.

Nice rooms, clean. We has a rooms with a big matress. The personal was very friendly. The hotel has a private parking, secured with a barier right actoss from the hotel. From the hotel to the center, were the seafront is, we had to walk about 5 min. In the center you cand see the Troian houerse that was used in the movie.

The breakfast was a little bit poor, but good.
