Estar cerca de excelentes rutas como la Interestatal 4 y la Autopista 192 hace que planear esos días importantes en parques, playas o compras sea mucho más fácil. La hermosa costa de Florida también es de fácil acceso y tiene muchas playas excelentes para ofrecer, desde las tranquilas arenas blancas de St Pete's hasta el rápido ritmo de Clearwater, y una de las más cercanas (Cocoa Beach) está a poco más de una hora en auto, definitivamente vale la pena una visita.

Perfect vacation home, we were at the parks every day, it was more than enough for our family of 4. My only complaint is many of the electrical outlets did not work and the towels were very worn and should be replaced. We Would stay here again!

We booked the property last minute (3 days before) after our plans changed. We are no strangers to Florida villas, and have stayed on Sandy Ridge before. Firstly, the owners could not have been more accommodating. They responded immediately to any questions, were incredibly flexible, and fantastic communicators. Then the villa, the photos do not do the place justice. It is far far nicer than the photos give it credit for. The villa is stunning, usual wear and tear you would expect, but incredibly well equipped and comfortable. We only stayed as a couple for a week, but would happily bring the family out for our usual summer holiday. Exceptional value for money and highly recommend!

Book this property now. Owners were responsive and very accommodating. The house exceeds expectations. The pictures don’t do it just. Truly the perfect spot. I will absolutely be booking this property again in the near future.

It was great the house was clean and very nice. The shower pressure was great, the spa was amazing. The cows are nice outside as well and the beds are cozy. It wasn’t too far from Orlando but far enough for it to be quiet. Great price and the home owners are great and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Overall a great property everything just as listed. The only issue not a big problem more of a keep in mind..As some stated the ice maker on the refrigerator does not work the owner should consider purchasing a counter top portable ice machine very inexpensive fix. Also one person in our group was disabled and could not use the pool as no hand rails..overall very nice location and great home would stay again

Great home very clean and pretty everything at work and condition. Beautiful farm behind it. No smells from the animals. Everything is just absolutely wonderful. Hi clear instructions that’s very easy to follow and far as garbage and how long owners are very responsive and quick to reply back on every and off situation. Definitely will stay again

Beautiful rental house. Very quiet and plenty of space. Close to local attractions but far enough away to have some downtime. Recreation area in the garage was really neat. It was very hot while we were there but the hot tub seemed cool. Since the ice machine wasn’t working a few ice cube trays would be helpful. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We would return!!

Property was clean, well furnished, and in a great location. We did not have any issues. Host checked on us shortly after we arrived and answered questions quickly. We had a quiet peaceful vacation and hope to stay here again when in the area.

Everything was superb - great place to stay and great location for all the parks and golf. Great games room and lovely private pool & spa. Carl is a great host and would definitely recommend.

Booked at short notice, paid for pool heating. Pool was warm when we arrived (as requested) and everything was as it should be.
Comfortable beds, great lounge, good kitchen, specious villa, very quiet all the time, especially peaceful at night. Overlooks a farm, never any noise. Convenient location - 10/15 mins from supermarkets, shops, Longhorn steakhouse (must visit), Championsgate (restaurant Zen, must visit), Olive garden etc. 25 mins to Kissimmee, 35 mins to Disney Springs - all taking account of traffic queues.
Would definitely stay again.

For the first time ever, I found the property even nicer than the photos showed! This home was quite large and we enjoyed being able to spread out. However, when we wanted to enjoy a meal together, there was a large dining table; and the living room hosts a large comfy sectional.
We stayed here to enjoy the Disney parks, and each one was around 20 minutes or less away.
We’ll be very happy to rebook this property in the near future!

They were very good with communication. It was just me and my son mostly and we enjoyed it. If I was a big party I would have liked one of the twin bedroom to be a larger bed to accommodate.

Everything went smoothly from booking to departure. Owners readily available to answer any questions. Good location for a relaxing holiday whilst having easy access to parks, restaurants etc.

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. It provided all the amenities we needed, had a great pool and spa and we loved backing on to the farm.
The owners were quick to answer any questions I had before our trip.
Highly recommend this home and are wishing we were back there now.

Very nice home
Was a very nice house, there were a few things we did find that need attention, 1. Sliding door doesn’t move easy, 2. Pool pump is very loud and should be checked, 3. Jets in hot tub are not all working, and 4. Chair in dining room is broken.

Spacious house with a nice view of horses and cows right from the pool deck could use some updating game room was cool but pool sticks had no tips and air hockey table was falling apart didn’t use that part of the home other than using the tv . overall great host and recommend if your a big group trying not to spend a lot

This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a rental property/home and it was a good experience the owners were very attentive to any needs that we had and took care of everything right away. The house was clean and the pictures look as shown on the site, so you’re not deceived. The pool was great, my kid loved it and that area was just as clean as well. The owners also described everything as is so that way you are aware of what to look for when you get there, in regards to parking and security, trash pick up etc. The stay was great overall and I would stay there in the future.

Made a good choice for my first rental homes stay
This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a rental property/home and it was a good experience the owners were very attentive to any needs that we had and took care of everything right away. The house was clean and the pictures look as shown on the site, so you’re not deceived. The pool was great, my kid loved it and that area was just as clean as well. The owners also described everything as is so that way you are aware of what to look for when you get there, in regards to parking and security, trash pick up etc. The stay was great overall and I would stay there in the future.

Sadly, the pictures look much better than the reality. I should of known there would be issues when after booking we received an email saying the we couldn't arrive during check in because the carpets needed to be cleaned BAD! Why would you list the property available for that day if it wasn't available. my disabled parents had to drive all the way from Ft Lauderdale and find things to do until the house was ready. I did request she turn on the heated pool for the inconvenience she said she would and the pool was freezing the entire time so we only we able to go in the hot tub. 8 people in a 4 person hot tub ? :( My parents never got to enjoy it. When my parents arrived the carpet was still soaked we couldn't wear socks for 3 days and we would slip every time we walked into the kitchen. The vents in the living room were caked in dust and the walls had stains on them. The blinds didn't work . The neighborhood was pretty rough the people across the street were fighting for hours on Easter the police came. There wasn't enough dishware or spoons no baking pans. you literally have to bring everything you need for daily living or they charge. No grill. The neighbors to the right and left kept their pool area beautiful ours was filthy nothing was set up . Spider webs and dirt everywhere. The Tv in the living room kept shutting off every 5 mins and you couldn't use any of the netflix or disney plus or sign into your own because of owner settings on the remote. There wasn't enough towels and parking is tight if you have 2 cars. The garbage disposal doesn't work and wasn't allowing garbage to pass. The freezer kept leaking and doesn't make ice. You do get to wake up to beautiful horses in the back yard but it's filthy and smells like manure. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in this home. The only positive was the bathrooms and bedrooms seem clean but everything else was very disappointing for the amount of money we paid. I hate leaving bad reviews especially when this owner seems to have a lot of positive maybe it was just a bad week for them or they might need new cleaning people... We use VRBO often and never had an issue before. Hope your stay is better....

Great house, quiet location
This was a very nice rental. Owner was very communicative, gave us an early checkin. Pool area was perfect. Checkin was easy. The game room was very cool with disco lights and TV. I would have personally like to see the kitchen better equipped and the bathrooms cleaned more throughly prior to arrival, which is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5. I will be back ASAP

Our 1st stay
After having 2 prior houses cancel us, we were able to book a house with Carl and Leona for my sons 12th bday. The house was everybody advertised and some more. We encountered a slight problem but they were right on top of getting it resolved. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The home is very spacious. I highly recommend them & their lovely home. I would definitely book with them again.
